Mobile Environmental Toilet Rental Contract
A mobile environmental toilet rental contract typically includes the following key elements:

1. Rental Item Clauses
The contract must specify the exact specifications, model, quantity, and equipment configuration of the mobile environmental toilet being rented, such as the toilet's dimensions, sewage disposal method, and ventilation system. The lessor must ensure that the equipment complies with national environmental standards (e.g., GB/T 18092-2008 'Mobile Toilets') and provide a quality compliance certificate. If the equipment includes special features (e.g., intelligent water-saving systems, solar power supply), these must be detailed in the contract.
2. Rental Period and Renewal Rules
The contract should stipulate the start and end dates of the rental period and the total duration (e.g., 3 months, 6 months). Upon expiration of the rental period, if the lessee wishes to continue renting, they must submit a written application to the lessor 15-30 days in advance. Upon the lessor's agreement, a new contract shall be signed. If no prior application is made or no renewal agreement is reached, the lessee must return the equipment on schedule.
3. Rent and Payment Method
The rent is typically calculated on a monthly basis (e.g., 5,000 yuan/month). Payment methods may include bank transfer, cash, etc., with a specified payment time (e.g., before the 5th day of each month). If the lessee fails to pay on time, they must pay a penalty of 0.5%-1% of the overdue rent for each day of delay; if the delay exceeds 15 days, the lessor has the right to terminate the contract and reclaim the equipment.
4. Deposit Clauses
The lessee must pay a deposit at the time of signing the contract (usually equivalent to 1-3 months' rent). Upon expiration of the rental period and in the absence of any breach of contract, the lessor shall refund the deposit within 7-15 days. If the equipment is damaged or outstanding fees remain, the lessor has the right to deduct the corresponding amount from the deposit, and the lessee must make up any shortfall.
5. Usage and Maintenance Responsibilities
- Lessee Responsibilities: Use the equipment reasonably, without unauthorized disassembly, modification, or subleasing; clear obstacles at the toilet placement site and cooperate with the lessor's transportation, installation, and commissioning work.
- Lessor Responsibilities: Be responsible for the daily cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance of the equipment (e.g., cleaning twice a week, regularly replacing consumables); if a malfunction occurs due to equipment quality issues, the lessor must repair or replace the equipment within 24-48 hours.
6. Breach of Contract Liabilities
- Unauthorized modification of equipment: The lessee must restore it to its original condition and pay a fine of 5,000-10,000 yuan.
- Failure to return equipment on time: A penalty of 150%-200% of the daily rent must be paid for each day of delay.
- Equipment damage: The lessee must compensate based on the actual repair costs or pay a compensation fee of 50%-100% of the equipment's residual value.
7. Dispute Resolution and Effective Clauses
The contract is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through consultation; if consultation fails, either party may file a lawsuit in the people's court at the lessor's location. The contract is made in duplicate, with both parties signing and stamping it to take effect. Any matters not covered herein may be addressed through supplementary agreements.
