Mobile Ecological Toilet Production
There are three main methods for producing mobile ecological toilets: using a water storage barrel, using a water storage tank and a pallet, and custom production by professional manufacturers.
Production using a water storage barrel: First, split the water storage barrel in half with an angle grinder and fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board for mobility. Then, use wooden strips and self-tapping screws to increase the height of the barrel. Cut an opening on the side of the barrel, install sponge strips to form a door frame, and embed plastic soft boards to create raised walls. Place the upper half of the barrel on top of the wooden strips as a roof and apply white waterproof paint to enhance aesthetics. Drill a hole at the bottom of the barrel to install a drain pipe to form a floor drain. Drill holes on the side and bottom of the plastic barrel and connect them with direct fittings. Place the plastic barrel on the roof to form a small water storage device. Connect a bath heater made of water pipes, install a three-way fitting below the inlet pipe, and connect a showerhead. Place the toilet and install the water tank, securing it with glass glue, and connect the drain pipe to the sewage tank. Horizontally connect a water pipe to the three-way fitting of the outlet pipe and extend it to the door as the inlet pipe for the sink. Drill a hole in the door, install a fitting, and connect a hose.
Production using a water storage tank and a pallet: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of the pallet and place water storage tanks collected from garbage stations on the pallet. Use an angle grinder to cut along the marked line on the top of the water storage tank to remove the top and form an open tank. Invert another open-top water storage tank and stack it on top of the first one, securing the outer frames of the two tanks with self-tapping screws. Cut a rectangular opening in the outer frame of the water storage tank and cut the tank body accordingly to form a doorway. Drill a hole in the floor inside the water storage tank, insert an elbow from the bottom upwards, and cut a section of water pipe. Seal the gap with glue and then cut off the excess water pipe. Place the toilet aligned with the drain hole and secure it with glue. Fix a water pipe on the wall clips and install a faucet. Fix a pipe cap with screws below the faucet, drill a hole in the pipe cap after connecting the water pipe, apply glass glue, and fix a sink made of a stainless steel basin. Connect the inlet pipe to the toilet water tank, connect the shower hose, and install the shower bracket, toilet seat, and spray-type showerhead. Bring in wooden boards, fix hinges on the frame of the water storage tank, and fix the other side of the hinges to the wooden box to form a door. Install a door handle on the door.
