Mobile Double-Row Toilet

Admin October 17, 2026

The mobile double-row toilet (direct-discharge type) is a modular sanitation facility with core materials such as thickened color-steel sandwich panels and galvanized/aluminum alloy frames, suitable for short-term, high-frequency use scenarios. Its core parameters cover materials, performance, dimensions, functions, and sewage discharge and mobility characteristics.

I. Basic Materials and Structure
The walls are made of 5cm-thick thickened color-steel sandwich panels, balancing portability and durability to withstand daily collisions and environmental erosion. The framework consists of galvanized steel structures or aluminum alloy frames, treated with anti-rust measures to adapt to humid or dusty environments and extend service life. The floor is primarily made of non-slip aluminum plates or stainless steel, with optional patterned aluminum plates or concrete hard floors to enhance slip resistance. The outer layer of the roof is made of waterproof material, while the inner layer can be PVC ceiling or aluminum alloy trim panels, with reinforced edge designs to prevent rainwater leakage.

II. Performance Parameters
The temperature adaptation range is -0℃ to 50℃, covering most climatic conditions, eliminating the need for additional insulation measures in winter. The power supply uses a 220V/50Hz standard power source, with a daily power consumption of only 0.5W, meeting energy-saving requirements. The flushing system is fully automatic sensor-based, reducing manual operations and improving sanitation management efficiency.

III. Specifications and Dimensions
The standard dimensions for a single toilet cubicle are 1100mm (length) × 1100mm (width) × 2300mm (height). For a double-row layout, the width needs to be extended horizontally, with the specific width calculated based on the number of toilet cubicles, while the height remains uniform to ensure space utilization and user comfort.

IV. Functional Configuration
Standard configurations include ceramic squat toilets, stainless steel sinks, exhaust fans, occupied/unoccupied locks, handrails, and toilet paper holders, meeting basic sanitation needs. Optional upgrades include shower equipment (suitable for temporary accommodation scenarios), automatic packing devices (reducing sewage discharge frequency), and customized exhaust systems (such as hollow direct-discharge or ventilation fans to optimize ventilation effects).

V. Sewage Discharge and Mobility Characteristics
The sewage discharge method is direct-discharge type, requiring coordination with fecal suction trucks under 2 tons for cleaning, or achieving pipeless discharge through fecal tanks/packing treatment. Each toilet cubicle weighs approximately 150KG, supporting manual or mechanical relocation, enabling quick disassembly and reassembly to flexibly adapt to construction sites, exhibitions, disaster areas, and other venues.

VI. Service Life
Under normal maintenance conditions, the equipment can be used continuously for 8-20 years. The galvanized/aluminum alloy materials effectively delay corrosion, reducing long-term replacement costs.
