Mobile Customer Toilet Tap Water

Admin October 22, 2026

It has been reported that some mobile service halls have been using toilet tap water for customers, but some of the exposed content has been reversed and not all cases are true.

Some Service Halls Have Indeed Been Exposed for Misconduct

It was reported that staff at a mobile service hall in a certain city directly took water from the toilet tap for customers to drink. This behavior was discovered and photographed by other customers and uploaded to the internet, instantly sparking heated public discussion. From the perspective of hygiene standards, toilet tap water is usually not subjected to strict treatment specifically for drinking purposes and may contain various bacteria, impurities, and other harmful substances. Directly providing such water to customers seriously violates basic hygiene standards. For customers, drinking such water may pose potential threats to their health, such as causing gastrointestinal discomfort and other diseases. Moreover, this behavior greatly infringes upon the rights and interests of customers. Customers come to the mobile service hall for business based on trust, but they encounter such irresponsible treatment. At the same time, it also severely undermines customers' trust in the mobile service hall, affects its public image, and exposes serious problems in the service management of the service hall, showing a lack of attention and protection for the basic rights and interests of customers.

Some Exposures Have Been Reversed

A similar exposure incident occurred at a Jinhua mobile service hall. A security guard posted a video online claiming that company leaders embezzled funds allocated for bottled water, took toilet tap water for customers to drink, and also claimed that the bottled water had turned green due to long-term non-replacement. However, after a detailed investigation, Jinhua Mobile stated that the bottled water was all purchased through legitimate channels and that the security guard's exposure was a false accusation, and they would hold him accountable. Subsequently, the security guard also admitted that the content of the posted video was incorrect. This shows that in today's era of rapid dissemination of information on the internet, conclusions about such exposure incidents should not be drawn lightly based solely on one-sided statements. It is necessary to wait for investigation and verification by relevant parties to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the information.
