Materials of Mobile Toilets
The materials of mobile toilets are diverse, with galvanized steel structures and fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) being the two main types commonly seen.

Galvanized Steel Structure Mobile Toilets:
The overall structure uses galvanized steel as the core framework. This material is treated with a hot-dip galvanizing process, forming a dense zinc layer on the surface of the steel, effectively isolating air and moisture, significantly enhancing corrosion resistance, and extending service life. The floor is constructed with reinforced concrete, where the steel bars provide structural support, and the concrete forms a solid foundation, ensuring a flat surface that can withstand significant pressure. This combination balances strength and stability, making it suitable for long-term outdoor use in scenarios such as scenic spots and construction sites. The advantages of galvanized steel structures include relatively low cost, ease of processing, and the ability to achieve rapid assembly and disassembly through modular design, facilitating transportation and maintenance.
FRP Mobile Toilets:
The main material is fiberglass-reinforced plastic, composed of epoxy resin and glass fibers. Epoxy resin serves as the matrix material, providing good adhesion and chemical resistance; glass fibers act as the reinforcing material, giving the composite material high strength and lightweight properties. The base is molded using colored reinforced FRP molds, with the material cured through high-temperature and high-pressure processes, ensuring a dense and seamless structure while enhancing aesthetics with a colored surface. The wall panels are smooth on both sides, thanks to the molding process of FRP, eliminating the need for additional painting to achieve a flat finish, and the surface is easy to clean, reducing dirt adhesion. FRP mobile toilets are characterized by corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and light weight, making them suitable for scenarios with high hygiene requirements or frequent movement, such as temporary events and exhibitions. Their excellent sealing properties effectively prevent odor leakage, enhancing the user experience.
Each type of mobile toilet has its own characteristics: galvanized steel structures focus on economy and durability, while FRP emphasizes lightweight properties and hygiene performance. In practical applications, the appropriate material type can be selected based on specific needs, such as the usage environment, budget, and maintenance conditions.
