Manufacturing Parts for Mobile Toilets
The parts for manufacturing mobile toilets mainly include structural load-bearing and protective modules, sanitary treatment and environmental protection modules, and other functional parts, as detailed below:

In the structural load-bearing and protective module parts, wall materials are a key component. Metal embossed panels use galvanized steel sheets as the base material, with decorative relief layers and anti-corrosion coatings on the surface, offering both aesthetics and durability. Aluminum-plastic panels consist of two layers of aluminum sheets sandwiching a polyethylene plastic core layer, being lightweight yet having relatively high strength. Fiberglass-reinforced plastic, as a fiber-reinforced plastic, has good corrosion resistance. For the frame structure, light steel keels are commonly used and require hot-dip galvanizing for rust prevention, or high-strength aluminum alloy profiles can be used, with mechanical calculations needed to ensure their load-bearing capacity. In terms of mobile components, casters need to be fixed at the four corners of the base and installed with screws and nuts to achieve mobility.
In the sanitary treatment and environmental protection module parts, the excreta treatment components vary depending on the treatment method. The packing type includes biodegradable films, packing mechanisms, and lower collection boxes. The microbial degradation type includes reaction chambers, specific bacteria strains, as well as ventilation and insulation systems, such as temperature sensors and oxygen control devices. The vacuum suction type requires vacuum pumps, negative pressure pipelines, and a minimal amount of water flushing devices (0.5 - 1 liter of water per flush). The sewage discharge components include hoses, elbows, water pipes, glue (for sealing gaps), and sewage outlet connectors. For sanitary ware, the toilet needs to be fixed on the base, equipped with a toilet tank and toilet seat. Shower brackets and spray-type showers are used for cleaning.
Among other functional parts, the water storage components include water storage tanks (which can be made from recycled materials), water inlet pipes, faucets, pipe caps, and stainless steel basins (for making hand-washing basins). Door and fixing parts include hinges, door handles, and wooden boards (for making toilet doors). Auxiliary tools include angle grinders (for cutting materials), electric drills (for drilling holes), marking pens (for marking cutting lines), and self-tapping screws (for fixing water storage tanks).
Precautions: If discarded tiles are used to make the base, a rectangular tile piece slightly larger than the bottom of the toilet needs to be cut out, and casters should be installed at the four corners. The microbial degradation type requires regular addition of bacteria strains and maintenance of the reaction chamber environment. The vacuum suction type has extremely high requirements for pipeline tightness and requires professional installation.
