Mobile Toilets in Mancheng's New Rural Areas
There are two prevalent types of mobile toilets in the new rural construction of Mancheng: container-modified and modular-designed, both characterized by environmental friendliness, durability, flexible deployment, and wide applicability.
The container-modified mobile toilet is based on a rectangular container, with its surrounding column frames constructed from steel structures. Compared to traditional color-steel plate houses, its wind and earthquake resistance are significantly enhanced. The wall panels are made of A-grade rock wool composite boards and equipped with windproof columns to ensure structural stability and durability, while also being waterproofed to adapt to outdoor environments. The public toilet measures 6 meters in length, 3 meters in width, and 2.8 meters in height, and is equipped with squat toilets, water tanks, washbasins, lights, and other facilities, operating at a voltage of 220v to meet basic usage needs. It has a service life of over 20 years and is easy to move, saving time and effort, while being environmentally friendly and producing no industrial waste. This type of toilet is suitable for various settings such as campsites, commercial street planning, night markets, parks, and construction sites outdoors. With the addition of shower facilities, it can also meet the needs of recreational venues like water parks and rafting sites.
The modular-designed mobile toilet achieves flexible deployment and rapid installation by integrating the functions of traditional fixed toilets into a detachable and easily transportable structure. Its main frame is mostly made of metal materials to provide structural support, with color-steel plate edging on the exterior and foam material filling in the interior夹层 (interlayer) for thermal insulation. The top and bottom are designed separately for easy transportation and on-site assembly. The standard dimensions of the equipment are 1100*1100mm in width and length, and 2000mm in height, with an interior space that balances practicality and compactness. It comes standard with plastic windows, metal locks, and color-steel edging to prevent sharp edges from being exposed. According to needs, this type of toilet can also be expanded to include shower functions. In new rural reconstruction projects, the rapid installation and flexible deployment features of modular mobile toilets enable them to quickly cover scattered residential areas, effectively addressing the issues of long construction periods and high costs associated with traditional toilets.
