Maintenance of Mobile Toilet Door
Admin September 23, 2026
Maintenance of a mobile toilet door requires targeted measures based on the specific type of fault. Before operation, cut off the power supply and secure the door body. For complex faults, it is recommended to contact professional personnel for handling.

1. Track Cleaning and Maintenance
If the door does not slide smoothly, first check for dust, hair, or debris in the track. Cleaning Steps:
- Use a vacuum cleaner with a narrow nozzle to remove loose dust, or use a cotton swab dipped in a neutral cleaner to wipe away stubborn stains;
- After cleaning, apply a thin layer of wax to reduce friction. If the track is deformed, contact a professional for replacement. Note: Avoid using corrosive cleaners to prevent damage to the track surface.
2. Pulley Adjustment and Replacement
- Adjusting Pulley Height: Use a screwdriver to rotate the adjustment screw at the bottom of the door frame. Turn counterclockwise to raise the door body and clockwise to lower it, ensuring the door body is parallel to the ground and slides smoothly.
- Replacing Pulleys: If adjustment is ineffective, the old pulley must be removed. Operation Steps:
- Use a wooden block to support the bottom of the door body to prevent it from falling;
- Pry out the old pulley axle and install the new pulley, ensuring the axle diameter matches the track;
- If the pulley bearing is damaged (e.g., making a squeaking sound or causing the door body to wobble), replace the entire pulley set. Tool Preparation: Screwdriver, pry bar, new pulley (it is recommended to purchase original factory parts).
3. Door Body Misalignment Correction
- Upper Door Frame Tilt: Check if the fixing screws are tightened and use a level to measure the verticality of the door frame. If tilted, adjust by placing wooden shims in the gap between the door frame and the wall.
- Lower Track Door: Check if the floor track is level and adjust the height of the bottom pulleys to balance the upper and lower gaps.
4. Accessory Maintenance
- Sealing Brush Strips: If wear reduces sound insulation, peel off the old brush strips, clean the residual adhesive, and press in new brush strips of the same specification.
- Anti-Jump Devices: If the door panel wobbles during pushing and pulling, check if the anti-jump block is tightly fitted to the track clip and adjust its position if necessary.
5. Special Fault Handling
- Broken Pulley Spring Plate: Purchase a separate spring plate or a complete set of stainless steel wheels for replacement. Use an Allen wrench to tighten the screws during installation.
- Door Panel Sagging: Adjust the position of the shims at both ends of the track. First, separate the door panel from the track, move the shims, and then reassemble.
- Lock Cylinder Fault: Remove the lock cylinder to clean dust and lubricate with oil; replace with a new lock cylinder if damaged.
Precautions:
- Basic maintenance requires tools such as a screwdriver, level, and wrench;
- If there is track deformation, door body cracking, or severe rusting of hardware, it is recommended to contact professional maintenance personnel.
