Luxury Prefabricated Housing

Admin September 18, 2026

Luxury prefabricated housing is an assembled lightweight modular building that follows the logic of factory-standardized prefabricated production and on-site assembly construction. It features efficiency, low cost, luxury, green and low-carbon operation, and flexibility and mobility, and has been exported to many overseas countries.

Efficient Construction: Luxury prefabricated housing adopts a modular assembly method, enabling extremely fast construction speeds. Taking the products of Sichuan Xueli Tent Manufacturing Co., Ltd. as an example, a complete resort hotel can be built within a few dozen days. Standardized luxury tents can be shipped in as little as 7 to 15 days, while the production cycle for complex customized products is only 1 to 2 months. After the houses arrive at the overseas site, local workers can assemble a complete house in 5 to 10 days by following the instructions and screwing in bolts, whereas the construction period for traditional buildings of the same type in Europe and the United States is generally over 10 months.

Lower Cost: Building a house of the same usable area and type in Europe and the United States requires an investment of $30,000 to $80,000 in labor costs alone. In contrast, the overall cost of a complete set of prefabricated tent houses made in China, including labor costs, international freight, and customs duties, is approximately $30,000, demonstrating a significant cost advantage.

Luxurious Facilities: Although luxury prefabricated housing has a tent-like appearance, its internal facilities meet the standards of luxury hotels. It is fully equipped with air conditioning, underfloor heating, showers, toilets, kitchens, sofas, beds, carpets, etc., with a strong sense of design, making it indistinguishable from traditionally decorated hotel rooms.

Green and Low-Carbon: There are very few on-site construction procedures, resulting in almost no construction dust or building waste. After demolition, the components can be relocated and reused in their entirety, making them suitable for ecologically sensitive areas such as ecological reserves, forest parks, and lakeside campsites.

Flexible and Mobile: They can be disassembled and relocated. When camp planning is adjusted, they can be disassembled and transported to a new site for secondary use, greatly reducing the sunk costs for investors. In addition, there is a specially developed photovoltaic ball—a hemispherical photovoltaic power generation tent house—designed to address the pain point of high electricity prices overseas, which is both cost-effective and stylish.
