Linxia Simple Mobile Toilet Installation
Admin October 08, 2026
The installation of simple mobile toilets in Linxia should follow standardized procedures and be technically adapted according to local environmental characteristics. The specific steps are as follows:

I. Pre-installation Preparation
- Site Selection: Prioritize hardened cement floors, asphalt floors, or compacted gravel floors to ensure a flat and solid surface. Avoid low-lying areas prone to water accumulation, geologically unstable areas, and areas at risk of falling objects. Reserve at least 1 meter of surrounding space for operation and maintenance, and ensure the slope is less than 5% to prevent internal water accumulation.
- Tool and Material Verification: Prepare tools such as a level, tape measure, and wrench, as well as gaskets, anchor bolts (for hardened floors), or anti-corrosion wooden strips/cement bricks (for non-hardened floor base platforms). After unpacking, verify that all components, including wall panels, roof covers, bases, doors, sanitary fixtures, pipes, and fasteners, are complete, with a special focus on checking easily damaged parts such as seals and connectors.
II. Main Structure Installation
- Base Platform Construction (Non-hardened Floors): Lay a rectangular frame matching the base size using anti-corrosion wooden strips or cement bricks, and adjust it to be completely level with a level to prevent subsequent structural deformation.
- Base Leveling and Fixing: Place the base on a hardened floor or base platform, measure the diagonals and four sides with a level, and adjust it to a level state by inserting gaskets of different thicknesses to ensure smooth door operation.
- Wall and Panel Assembly:
- Fix the side panels, rear panel, and base using embedded bolts or special connectors, gradually tightening the diagonals to avoid local stress concentration;
- Install the front panel and door frame, and fine-tune adjustable components to ensure squareness;
- Check the seals at all panel connections to ensure there are no gaps to prevent odor leakage.
III. Special Technical Adaptation for Linxia Region
- Material Selection: Use galvanized steel or aluminum alloy for the frame to enhance wind load resistance; select fiberglass or composite panels for the box body, with an internal coating that is slip-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean; choose a sewage system based on the scenario, such as circulating water flushing, vacuum collection, or biodegradable (the latter is suitable for arid areas).
- Environmental Adaptability Optimization: Compact the foundation and test its bearing capacity to prevent uneven settlement; add insulation layers to pipelines to cope with low temperatures in winter; use a combination of solar photovoltaic panels and batteries for power supply, with the inclination angle adjusted according to the local latitude (e.g., for Linxia at about 35° latitude, an inclination angle of 30°-35° is recommended).
IV. Key Precautions
- Sewage pipe connections should use sealing rings or hot-melt welding to prevent leakage; biodegradable equipment requires monthly replenishment of bacterial agents, and vacuum collection equipment requires sewage tank removal every 2-3 weeks.
- The ventilation device should ensure an air exchange rate of at least 40 times per hour, and the lighting system should use 12-watt LED flat-panel lights equipped with photosensitive elements for automatic on/off control.
- The installation team must hold special equipment operation qualifications (e.g., for lifting and electrical wiring positions), and the product must have a quality inspection report from the housing and construction department (with a special focus on checking load testing, waterproof testing, and fire rating data).
