Linxia Environmental Protection Mobile Toilet Design
The design of Linxia's environmental protection mobile toilets is reflected in multiple aspects such as structural components, control systems, energy supply, environmental adaptability, cleaning and maintenance procedures, and material selection.

In terms of structural components, the physical frame is made of lightweight alloy materials, with sealed joints to enable rapid assembly and disassembly. The frame has pre-embedded pipeline channels inside, with waterproof and insulated electrical lines and hollow-structured water supply and drainage pipes laid. One end of the water supply and drainage pipes is connected to external water source interfaces, while the other end is diverted to various functional units. The end of the drainage pipes is connected to a miniaturized treatment device, which treats solid waste through multi-layer filtration and biological decomposition, and the treated water is disinfected by ultraviolet light.
The control system operates based on the collaboration of multiple sensors. The infrared sensing module identifies human proximity and triggers the activation of lighting and ventilation equipment. Ammonia and hydrogen sulfide gas sensors continuously monitor the air quality index, automatically increasing the exhaust power when the concentration exceeds the standard. Water level sensors monitor the capacity changes of the water storage tank and the sewage tank, and the data is sent to the management platform via wireless transmission modules. The management platform interface displays the real-time status of each unit, and abnormal situations trigger warning prompts.
The energy supply adopts a hybrid mode. Photovoltaic panels are laid on the inclined surface of the roof, converting solar energy into electrical energy and storing it in lithium-ion battery packs. In rainy weather, it automatically switches to the municipal power grid for supply, controlled by an intelligent circuit breaker to ensure uninterrupted power supply. The battery management system monitors the number of charge-discharge cycles and issues replacement recommendations when the battery capacity decays to 80% of the designed value.
In terms of environmental adaptability design, the wall cavity is filled with insulation materials to reduce heat transfer between the indoor and outdoor environments. Anti-insect grids are installed at the outlets of ventilation pipes to prevent flying insects from entering. The floor has an anti-slip texture design, and the inclination angle ensures that water flows towards the drainage outlet. All metal components have anti-corrosion coatings on their surfaces to withstand the corrosion of specific chemical components in the local soil.
The cleaning and maintenance procedures rely on preset programs. During the low-usage period in the early morning every day, a spray device releases atomized cleaning agents to cover the internal surfaces. The cleaning agent components react with common stains through emulsification and are then washed away with the water flow. A deep maintenance is carried out once a month to check the wear of mechanical components and replace consumable parts. The sewage treatment device cleans the sediments every quarter, and the solid residues are disposed of in a harmless manner according to the prescribed procedures.
In terms of material selection, there is color-coated steel, which is flexible in design, can meet different architectural styles and functional requirements, and is recyclable. In addition, there are stainless steel mobile toilets that use metal carved panels and can be customized without the need for infrastructure support.
