Images of Light Steel Color Tile Prefabricated Houses
Currently, we cannot directly provide images of light steel color tile prefabricated houses, but we can offer a detailed introduction to their appearance features and structural characteristics to help you understand their design form.

Light steel color tile prefabricated houses are a type of prefabricated building that uses a lightweight steel structure as the framework and colored metal tiles as the roofing material. Their appearance and structure have distinct features. From the perspective of roof design, the color tiles are usually made of galvanized aluminum-zinc steel plates or aluminum alloy plates as the base material, covered with weather-resistant coatings (such as fluorocarbon paint or polyester paint). They come in a variety of colors with high gloss, commonly red, blue, gray, etc. The roof slope is generally designed to be 15°-30°, which is conducive to drainage and conforms to aesthetic proportions. Some high-end models adopt a double-layer tile structure to enhance thermal insulation performance.
Regarding the wall section, the light steel framework serves as the load-bearing structure, covered with decorative materials such as metal carved panels, PVC siding, or cement fiber boards, creating a flat or textured facade effect. The wall thickness is usually between 100-150mm, achieving efficient thermal insulation through built-in glass wool or rock wool. Some products adopt a double-layer wall design to further improve energy-saving performance. Standardized interfaces are reserved at the door and window positions, allowing for the installation of broken-bridge aluminum alloy windows or plastic-steel windows, paired with insulated glass for good airtightness.
In terms of overall form, light steel color tile houses are mostly single-story or double-story structures with flexible floor plans, commonly featuring rectangular, L-shaped, or U-shaped designs. Special connecting components are used at the corners of the house to ensure structural stability. The facade can create a contrasting effect through the combination of different colored tiles and wall panels, such as a dark gray roof paired with an off-white wall, or a red roof paired with a light gray wall, meeting personalized aesthetic needs.
Regarding structural advantages, the light steel framework is made of cold-formed thin-walled steel sections, with a self-weight only one-third of that of traditional brick-concrete structures, but its seismic performance is increased by 2-3 times. The color tiles are fixed to the purlins with self-tapping screws, forming an integral waterproof layer that effectively prevents leakage. Prefabricated production allows more than 90% of the house modules to be processed in the factory, and the on-site assembly period can be shortened to 7-15 days, significantly reducing the impact of construction on the environment.
