Lifting Prefabricated Concrete House
A lifting prefabricated concrete house is a prefabricated building form that can be moved as a whole by a crane without disassembly. Its main body is composed of concrete modules, featuring efficient construction, superior performance, diverse functions, economic and environmental benefits, and wide applications.

Efficient Construction Process: It is prefabricated in a factory, covering the entire process of mechanized production such as steel bar binding, mold assembly, and concrete pouring. The production cycle for a single module is only 7 days, with an error controlled within 2 millimeters. After being transported to the construction site, it is lifted using equipment such as cranes and precisely positioned on the foundation by workers. With a 50-ton crane and an intelligent positioning system, the main body of a single villa can be installed in 4 hours, and a 100㎡ house can be ready for occupancy in just 5 days from an empty lot, eliminating the need for on-site pouring and significantly reducing the construction period.
Superior Structural Performance: It adopts a full-frame shear wall structure, such as C35 concrete + Φ14 threaded steel bars, with a reinforcement ratio of 1.2% for a single module. The wall thickness is 200mm, with a compressive strength of 30MPa, and it can withstand a weight of 3000 tons per square meter. The modules are connected using prestressed bolts (with a tensile strength of 25 tons) and mortise-and-tenon joints similar to those in ancient buildings. In a Wenchuan earthquake simulation test, under a seismic intensity of 9 degrees, the overall displacement was only 3cm, demonstrating good earthquake resistance.
Diverse Functional Characteristics: The walls are embedded with EPS insulation layers with a thermal conductivity of 0.03W/(m・K), saving 50% on heating costs in winter. The roof is equipped with reserved interfaces for photovoltaic panels, and a 200㎡ house can generate up to 3000 kWh of electricity per year, meeting household electricity needs. It also has fire-resistant and energy-saving functions.
Economic and Environmental Advantages: Standardized components are uniformly formed, resulting in lower maintenance costs in the later stages and advantages in long-term life-cycle costs. Compared with traditional house construction, the labor cost for a 100㎡ house is reduced from 60,000 yuan to 24,000 yuan, a decrease of 60%. Construction waste is reduced from 30 tons per building to 0.5 tons per building, a reduction of 98%.
Wide Application Scenarios: It is suitable for scenarios such as guardhouses and kiosks. In 2023, it was adopted as housing in the key infrastructure construction project for rural revitalization in Shimen Town, Huoshaocheng Village, Tianzhu County. During the COVID-19 pandemic in Shenzhen in 2024, a prefabricated concrete house project completed the construction of 300 isolation wards in 48 hours, shortening the traditional construction period by 90%. In addition, the specifications and sizes can be customized, with a service life of over 70 years, and it has special-grade snow load and wind resistance ratings.
