Large Vehicle-Mounted Mobile Toilet
The large vehicle-mounted mobile toilet is a mobile sanitation facility based on chassis such as Sinotruk Howo, integrating toilet facilities and featuring comprehensive configuration, convenient use, and strong adaptability.

I. Basic Configuration
Taking the Sinotruk Howo 4×2 National VI chassis as an example, its engine power reaches 257kW, meeting the demands of high-load operation. The interior of the carriage adopts a gender-separated design, accommodating up to 8 people simultaneously. It is equipped with 3 urinals, 6 vacuum suction-type squat toilets (made of 316 stainless steel), and 2 sit-down toilets, catering to diverse needs. The toilet area is equipped with electric exhaust fans on the roof, and each compartment is independently installed with exhaust fans, lighting fixtures, and coat hooks to ensure air circulation and convenience of use. Additionally, the carriage roof is covered with anti-slip patterned aluminum plates and equipped with a climbing ladder for easy equipment maintenance.
II. Comfort and Functionality
Each gender-separated area is installed with a 1.5P air conditioner to regulate indoor temperature and enhance user comfort. The handwashing area is equipped with two sets of sinks, including independent faucets, half-length mirrors, hand sanitizer, and paper towel dispensers, meeting basic cleaning needs. The carriage is equipped with a main control cabinet that integrates voltmeters, ammeters, sensors, and other devices to monitor operational status in real-time. It is also equipped with a sewage pump with a power greater than 1.5kW to ensure efficient sewage discharge. The gray water tank has a capacity of 500L, meeting long-term usage needs.
III. Safety and Adaptability
Warning lights are installed on the roof and rear of the vehicle to enhance safety during nighttime or special scenarios. The vacuum pump has a power greater than 2kW, ensuring efficient suction and adaptability to high-frequency usage scenarios. Its core advantage lies in the fact that it does not require pipeline excavation or land approval, and can be put into use immediately after purchase. Moreover, its configuration is flexible, with the basic model including only a toilet and exhaust fan, while the advanced model adds facilities such as air conditioners to meet different budgets and needs.
IV. Application Scenarios
It is suitable for temporary and highly mobile scenarios, such as large-scale events like concerts and stadiums, where it can be rapidly deployed to alleviate toilet pressure. In disaster areas such as earthquakes and floods, it can immediately provide sanitation facilities to reduce the risk of disease transmission. It is also effective in solving temporary toilet problems in scenarios such as tourist attraction queues and construction site explorations. Its mobility and modular design make it an important tool for emergency support and public services.
