These enterprises, as original manufacturers for infrastructure projects, cultural and tourism attractions, and outdoor events, are equipped with standardized production workshops, automated assembly lines, and professional teams capable of developing customized products tailored to different scenarios. The product range includes seven major categories of mobile toilets: those dedicated to epidemic prevention centers, portable, outdoor, electric, high-rise indoor, eco-friendly, and vacuum types. They support a full range of services from quotation consultation and bulk sales to personalized customization, widely applied in construction sites, scenic spots, concerts, marathons, and other settings. For instance, vacuum mobile toilets achieve water-saving efficiency through negative pressure technology, while eco-friendly mobile toilets reduce pollution using biodegradation technology, meeting diverse usage needs.
II. Rental Service System
In response to temporary event demands, Laohekou City offers short-term rental services for mobile toilets, mobile restrooms, and mobile handwashing stations, covering construction sites, music festivals, marathons, and other scenarios. The rental service encompasses the entire process from equipment transportation, installation and commissioning, regular maintenance, to recovery, ensuring the stable operation of sanitation facilities during events. III. Urban Public Toilet Construction System
Laohekou City enhances public toilet service levels through a dual-drive approach of “barrier-free accessibility + smart technology”. On one hand, it has built 35 new public toilets equipped with barrier-free facilities and completed barrier-free renovations for 105 existing public toilets, achieving over 80% coverage of barrier-free public toilets in urban areas, with 3-5 toilets per square kilometer for the convenience of special groups and the elderly. On the other hand, smart public toilets have been constructed in areas like Binjiang Park, integrating functions such as face recognition paper dispensers, smart occupancy displays, fresh air deodorization systems, and母婴室 (nursing rooms), and enabling environmental monitoring and remote management through IoT technology. Additionally, over 390 public toilet guide signs have been updated to optimize the toilet-finding paths for residents and tourists.
