Assembly and Disassembly of Mobile Toilets in Lanzhou

Admin September 27, 2026

The assembly and disassembly process of mobile toilets in Lanzhou is simple and efficient, consisting of two main steps: installation and disassembly. The process is designed to meet the needs of temporary and highly mobile usage.

Installation Process

  1. Positioning
The installation location should be determined based on site planning and ground flatness, with the core requirement being a solid ground and smooth drainage. If the ground is uneven or the soil is soft, hardening treatment or steel plate laying should be carried out in advance; otherwise, it may affect the stability of the toilet and subsequent use.

  2. Assembly

  • Modular Toilets:
    • Chassis and Frame Positioning: Use a forklift or manual labor to place the prefabricated chassis steadily at the predetermined location and adjust it to a level state using a level gauge.
    • Wall and Roof Panel Installation: Insert the wall panels sequentially into the chassis slots and secure them with bolts or clips; then install the roof panels and complete the sealing to prevent rainwater leakage.
    • Internal Facility Connection: Install partitions, toilets, flushing systems, sinks (optional), lighting, and ventilation equipment, and connect water and electricity pipelines to ensure complete functionality.
  • Integrated Toilets:
Since the internal decoration and equipment integration have been completed in the factory, only hoisting into place and connecting water, electricity, and sewage pipelines are required on-site. The overall installation time can be shortened to 2-4 hours, significantly more efficient than modular toilets.
  1. Commissioning
After installation, functional tests should be conducted, including flushing system pressure checks, circuit insulation tests, and water tightness tests, to ensure all equipment operates normally and there are no leakage risks.

Disassembly Process

  1. Disconnect Connections
Turn off the main power and water valves, remove external water and electricity lines and sewage pipelines, and clean and seal the connections to prevent residual substances from polluting the environment or clogging the pipelines.

  2. Remove Internal Facilities
If components such as partitions and accessories need to be reused, they should be carefully disassembled and packaged separately to prevent damage; if they are for one-time use, they can be directly removed and properly disposed of.

  3. Disassemble Main Structure
Modular toilets should be disassembled in the order of 'roof panel-wall panel-chassis', paying attention to protecting the edges of the panels from bumps; integrated toilets, due to their high structural integration, usually need to be hoisted away from the site as a whole.

  4. Clearance and Storage
Stack the disassembled components neatly for easy transportation; for long-term storage, choose a dry and ventilated environment to prevent metal components from rusting or plastic components from aging. A skilled team can disassemble a standard modular toilet in just 1-3 hours, with efficiency comparable to installation.

Factors Affecting Convenience

The type of toilet (integrated > modular), the complexity of foundation treatment, the demand for supporting facilities (such as connection to municipal sewage networks), and the experience of the construction team will all significantly affect the efficiency of assembly and disassembly and should be comprehensively evaluated based on the actual scenario.
