II. III. Rural Water Supply and Drainage Pipeline Renovation Supports Toilet Use In the implementation plan for the ten practical and beneficial projects for the people in Korla City in 2025, in terms of strengthening urban and rural infrastructure construction, considering the current operational status and leakage of rural water supply and drainage pipelines, new construction and renovation of rural water supply and drainage pipelines will be carried out, and the Heshilike garbage transfer station will be launched. The renovation of rural water supply and drainage pipelines is closely related to toilet use.
