Kaifeng Mobile Toilet Inspection

Admin September 24, 2026

The inspection of mobile toilets in Kaifeng should be carried out comprehensively from multiple aspects, including equipment quality, appearance decoration, wind resistance performance, sealing and waterproofing, and the airtightness of the toilet body. The specific inspection contents are as follows:

Equipment Quality and Performance Inspection
It is necessary to confirm that the equipment is brand new and unused, and fully complies with the quality, specifications, and performance requirements specified in the bidding technical documents. Under the conditions of correct installation, use, and maintenance, the equipment should maintain stable performance throughout its service life, and the quantity and material usage should strictly match the standards in the technical documents.

Appearance and Decoration Quality Inspection
Visually inspect the completeness of the toilet's appearance, interior decoration, sanitary ware, and signage; measure the external and internal dimensions, with an error of no more than 5mm compared to the design drawings. The decorative layer should be flat without depressions, firmly attached, with a smooth and clean surface that is rainproof and easy to clean; the caulking should be sealed without leakage, and the floor should be flat and sealed to prevent water seepage or ponding.

Wind Resistance Performance Inspection
The steel structure welding should comply with the JGJ81 standard, and the anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatment should meet the requirements of GB50212. The overall structure should be stable, with satisfactory anti-overturning performance, a wind resistance rating of no less than Grade 10, an earthquake resistance rating of no less than Grade 8, and a design service life of no less than 10 years.

Sealing and Waterproofing Inspection
Use a water spray gun (with a pressure of 0.1MPa and a distance of 500mm) to continuously spray water along the exterior walls, corners, and roof connections for 15 minutes, and then check for no leakage after stopping the water for 1 hour. The airtightness of the toilet body should be verified by filling it with water and letting it stand for 1 hour to ensure no leakage in the water storage tank and fecal storage tank; visually inspect whether the water supply and drainage pipelines are neatly and firmly arranged without leakage; confirm that the cleaning port is sealed off from the internal space; use a stopwatch to test the blocking action time of the toilet fixtures, with an average of no more than 3 seconds for 5 measurements to ensure normal self-cleaning and odor prevention functions; inspect the rationality of the isolation between the fecal storage tank and the toilet compartment, the vent pipe, and the fecal extraction port, and ensure that the cleaning port cover opens and closes flexibly and is well sealed.

Testing Methods
These include supervision testing (the purchaser can send personnel for supervision or pre-acceptance), on-site testing (inspecting the functions upon unboxing and explaining the operation details), and operational testing (commissioning and running without faults after installation, and confirmed as qualified by the user).
