Jinzhong Trailer Mobile Toilet

Admin September 21, 2026

The Jinzhong trailer mobile toilet is a movable sanitation unit built on a specific vehicle chassis or an independent frame, suitable for temporary event venues, phased construction areas, and other scenarios.

I. Structural and Technical Features The core structure of the trailer mobile toilet is an independent compartment detached from the main vehicle's power system, enabling position transfer via a towing device. Its technical implementation is based on a modular design concept:

  1. Compartment Structure: It adopts a closed shell with integrated ventilation, sewage, and water supply systems. The ventilation system maintains air circulation through mechanical ventilation devices; the sewage pipes are connected to sealed sewage storage units to prevent odor leakage; and the water storage container is equipped with a pressure pump for independent water supply.
  2. System Synergy: The operation of the equipment relies on the coordinated work of the three major systems. For example, the ventilation system ensures fresh air, the water supply system provides flushing water through the pressure pump, and the sewage system stores waste in sealed containers to prevent environmental pollution.
  3. Modular Advantages: In non-operating states, each system is independently sealed, facilitating maintenance and transportation. For example, the water storage container and sewage unit can be disassembled separately for inspection and repair, reducing the failure rate.

II. Deployment and Maintenance Requirements

  1. Deployment Phase:
    • Ground Assessment: It is necessary to ensure that the ground bearing capacity meets the requirements to avoid equipment settlement or tilting. For example, at event venues, the soil hardness should be tested in advance or reinforcement plates should be laid.
    • Functional Positioning: Determine the equipment orientation and passage according to usage needs, and ensure that the connection distance to external water supply and drainage interfaces is within a reasonable range (usually no more than 50 meters).
  2. Maintenance Phase:
    • Periodic Inspections: Include sewage storage capacity monitoring (to avoid overflow), water supply system pressure testing (to ensure stable water flow), ventilation equipment operation status confirmation (to prevent mechanical failures), and external structural integrity checks (to repair damaged shells).
    • Sanitation and Cleaning: Follow standardized procedures, such as surface disinfection (using chlorine-based disinfectants), internal flushing (cleaning the toilet bowls with high-pressure water guns), and deodorization treatment (spraying biological deodorants).

III. Applicable Scenarios and Service Cases The trailer mobile toilet is suitable for scenarios with a large flow of people and insufficient conventional sanitation facilities, such as temporary events, construction areas, or outdoor spaces. Equipment configuration should be calculated based on the estimated number of users and usage duration. For example, a single unit can serve 500-1000 people per day. Case: Huan Cheng Company, a subsidiary of Jinzhong Hengjitong Group, deployed two mobile toilet vehicles for the "Enjoy Jinzhong, Happy New Year" event. Each vehicle was equipped with 7 independent toilets, toilet paper, hand soap, and other items, without the need for external water and electricity connections. Two support personnel were assigned to carry out frequent cleaning, effectively solving the toilet problem at the event venue.
