Types of Mobile Toilets in Jinzhong
Mobile toilets in Jinzhong are mainly classified into two categories: classification by technical principles and functional modules, and classification by product types.

Classification by Technical Principles and Functional Modules
- Sewage-storage Mobile Toilets: These rely on independent sewage-storage tanks to physically contain waste, using sealed structures for temporary storage. After use, specialized equipment is used for centralized transportation and treatment. They are typically equipped with simple ventilation devices and corrosion-resistant inner linings, suitable for single-day or short-term event scenarios, such as temporary exhibitions and outdoor performances. Their advantages lie in their simple structure and low cost, but they require regular cleaning of the sewage-storage tanks and have a strong dependency on transportation equipment.
- Recirculating Water-flush Mobile Toilets: These introduce a water circulation and purification system, with internal sedimentation, filtration, and disinfection modules, enabling the reuse of flushing water after multi-stage treatment. The core technology lies in maintaining the stable operation of the water circulation system, requiring regular monitoring of water quality indicators and replacement of filter materials. Compared to traditional sewage-storage types, water resource utilization efficiency is significantly improved, but the complexity of the equipment increases, making them suitable for scenarios with limited water resources or long-term use, such as scenic spots and construction sites.
- Biodegradable Mobile Toilets: These have built-in specific microbial culture chambers that promote rapid decomposition of excrement by regulating temperature, humidity, and oxygen content. The decomposition process ultimately produces carbon dioxide, water vapor, and a small amount of organic residue, which can be used as soil amendment material. Their advantage is that they generate almost no waste that needs to be transported externally, but they have specific requirements for ambient temperature and maintenance frequency, making them suitable for areas with high environmental protection requirements or remote locations.
- Composite Treatment Mobile Toilets: These integrate multiple technologies, such as being equipped with both microbial treatment modules and emergency sewage-storage units, or combining solar power supply systems with water circulation devices. The composite design aims to cope with different usage environments and emergencies. The internal systems are usually modularly designed, allowing functional configurations to be adjusted according to actual needs, making them suitable for complex or variable usage scenarios.
Classification by Product Types
These include waterless packing ecological toilets, vacuum adsorption ecological toilets, high-pressure soda-water flush ecological toilets, foam-sealing ecological toilets, microbial degradation ecological toilets, prefabricated ecological toilets, modular ecological toilets, and automated control ecological toilets. These types have their own characteristics in terms of structure, function, or control methods. For example, waterless packing ecological toilets do not require water and collect waste in packing bags; automated control ecological toilets use intelligent systems to achieve automatic flushing and deodorization functions, enhancing the convenience and hygiene level of use.
