Jinshan District has taken multiple measures in the renovation of mobile toilets, including setting up new public toilets, equipping facilities in recreational woodlands, and providing rental and sales services.
Firstly, standard mobile public toilets are set up in the new urban area: The Jinshan District Greening and Urban Appearance Bureau, addressing the issue that public toilets in the new urban area do not adequately meet the toilet needs of residents, has newly installed eight standard mobile public toilets in the new urban area. These toilets are well-equipped internally. They are fitted with air conditioners to provide a comfortable temperature for users, whether in cold winters or hot summers. The provision of toilet paper and hand sanitizer meets basic hygiene requirements. The installation of barrier-free access and handrails fully considers the convenience of use for people with mobility impairments, reflecting human-centered design. The automatic induction flushing devices are not only convenient and hygienic but also effectively save water. The installation of alarms provides security for users. Through the configuration of these facilities, the facilities and service levels of the public toilets have been greatly improved.
Secondly, mobile toilets are equipped in recreational woodlands: In the newly opened recreational woodland in Xiuzhou Village, Zhujing Town, mobile toilets and other facilities have also been equipped. Recreational woodlands are important places for surrounding residents to relax and have fun. The provision of mobile toilets offers convenience for residents during their visits, solving the problem of difficulty in finding toilets and further enhancing the quality of life of surrounding residents, allowing them to enjoy their leisure time more comfortably.
Thirdly, rental and sales services are provided: Jinshan District also offers rental and sales services for mobile toilets to meet the needs of different scenarios. For some temporary events, such as large-scale outdoor performances and sports events, renting mobile toilets can quickly solve the toilet problems of people at the event site. After the event, they can be promptly removed, avoiding waste of venue resources. For places with long-term needs, such as construction sites and remote scenic spots, purchasing mobile toilets is a more cost-effective choice that can meet usage requirements in a stable manner over the long term.
