During the promotion of the rural 'toilet revolution' in Dafengdui Town, Jinghai District, issues such as the lack of planned toilet locations in some old houses in villages and the low enthusiasm of homeowners with multiple residences for toilet renovation were encountered. To address these problems, Dafengdui Town introduced mobile prefabricated toilets. This type of toilet can well adapt to the complex and diverse living environments in rural areas and meet the toilet renovation needs of villagers in different situations.

As of now, Dafengdui Town has completed the renovation of 2,184 household toilets, with mobile prefabricated toilets being one of the important forms. Based on the successful experience of the pilot project, there are plans to promote mobile prefabricated toilets throughout the town in the future, allowing more villagers to benefit and further improving the rural sanitary conditions and residents' quality of life in the entire town.
