Zhangqiu has formulated a standardized and orderly demolition plan for buildings related to prefabricated floor slabs. After preliminary surveys, there are 127 buildings in the region that use prefabricated floor slabs as the main load-bearing components, with a total construction area of approximately 182,000 square meters. Among them, 72% were built more than 30 years ago, mainly concentrated in the old urban areas of Mingshui Subdistrict, some old residential communities in Shuangshan Subdistrict, and the unit family compounds in Bucun Subdistrict. These buildings have issues such as cracking of prefabricated floor slabs, insufficient reinforcement, and substandard seismic performance, and have been included in the key areas for old and dilapidated housing renovation and urban renewal. The demolition work adheres to core principles such as safety first, compliance and orderliness, livelihood protection, and ecological and environmental protection. The specific process is divided into a preliminary preparation stage and a demolition construction implementation stage. The preliminary preparation stage involves detailed mapping of the buildings to be demolished, investigation of the surrounding environment, and selection of construction teams. The demolition construction implementation stage adopts an operation sequence of "layer-by-layer dismantling, auxiliary first then main, non-load-bearing first then load-bearing". As of April 2025, there is no demolition plan for the prefabricated slab building at No. 3* Shuangshan Avenue, Mingshui, Zhangqiu, and notifications will be issued promptly if there is a plan.
Industrial Development Aspect
The China Construction Green Building Industrial Park located in Zhangqiu District, Jinan City, is currently the largest prefabricated building industrial park in Shandong Province, invested and constructed by China State Construction Engineering Corporation. The park mainly engages in businesses such as R&D and design of prefabricated buildings, component production, and industry-university-research cooperation. In the prefabricated building component production workshop of the park, components such as prefabricated composite slabs, prefabricated stairs, and prefabricated wall panels are produced through fully automated production lines. This production method brings the production process into the factory, avoiding the influence of weather factors and effectively improving work efficiency, promoting the modern development of the prefabricated housing industry.
