Jiang'an New Type Environmental Protection Mobile Toilet

Admin September 27, 2026

The Jiang'an new type environmental protection mobile toilet mainly includes four types: mobile environmental protection toilet, degradable mobile toilet, recycled water flushing toilet, and packaged toilet, with the following characteristics:

The core function of the mobile environmental protection toilet is to provide an alternative solution for fecal collection and treatment in temporary, scattered, or places lacking fixed sewage pipe networks. It blocks the pollution chain through physical isolation and chemical treatment methods. The toilet body is usually made of high-density polyethylene or fiberglass-reinforced plastic, and the welds are sealed to prevent sewage leakage. The standard volume of the internal sewage collection tank is approximately 0.5 to 1.5 cubic meters, corresponding to about 150 to 500 person-times of use. During sewage removal, a vacuum suction pump is used to extract the fecal mixture and transfer it to centralized treatment facilities, making it suitable for temporary events, construction sites, and other scenarios.

The degradable mobile toilet reduces volume and odor by adding microbial agents or chemical agents to pre-decompose organic matter in the tank. For example, a degradable toilet with Bacillus subtilis can decompose cellulose and protein in feces into carbon dioxide, water, and a small amount of residue within 48 hours, reducing the frequency of sewage removal by about 40%. This type of toilet reduces fecal volume through biodegradation technology and lowers sewage removal costs, making it suitable for areas with high foot traffic but limited sewage removal conditions.

The recycled water flushing toilet purifies flushing water through filtration and ultraviolet disinfection and then recycles it, with a single water consumption of less than 0.3 liters. This design is of practical significance for water-scarce areas along the riverbank. It significantly reduces water consumption through a water circulation system while ensuring flushing effectiveness, making it suitable for places with water scarcity or high water-saving requirements.

The packaged toilet uses biodegradable plastic film. Each time the flushing action is triggered, it wraps the excreta along with a small amount of covering material (such as sawdust or biodegradable agents) into an independent sealed bag. This process avoids the use of water and blocks direct contact between excreta and air, thereby controlling odor diffusion and the spread of pathogenic microorganisms from the source. Its sewage storage tank can hold hundreds of independent packages. Service personnel only need to regularly replace the sewage storage tank and transport the sealed packages to designated treatment centers for high-temperature composting or incineration for power generation, achieving full-chain closed management of excreta from generation to disposal, suitable for areas without sewage pipe networks and with high environmental protection requirements.
