Introduction to the Internal Structure of Mobile Toilets
The internal structure of mobile toilets focuses on compactness, practicality, functional integration, and ease of installation. It primarily consists of two core areas: the toilet area and the handwashing area, with some models incorporating additional auxiliary spaces. Each area is designed with both practicality and user comfort in mind.

The toilet area is the core functional zone of mobile toilets, designed with a focus on odor prevention, leak prevention, and user comfort. The toilet fixtures are made of non-slip materials, and both squat and sit-down models are equipped with sealed odor-proof structures: the squat model is connected at the bottom to an integrated waste storage tank, tightly sealed with the toilet fixture using sealing strips to prevent odor leakage and sewage leakage; the sit-down model includes a slow-closing lid to reduce noise during use and enhance durability, while the bottom is also sealed to fit排污接口 (sewage discharge ports) or waste storage tanks. The capacity of the waste storage tank is customized according to the usage scenario: high-frequency usage scenarios such as tourist attractions are typically equipped with large-capacity tanks to reduce the frequency of cleaning; temporary construction sites may adopt a detachable design for quick replacement.
The handwashing area features an integrated design, with the sink, faucet, soap dispenser, hand dryer, and other accessories installed as a single unit, with plumbing hidden within the wall cavity. The faucets are mostly sensor-activated or push-button types, avoiding direct contact and reducing the risk of cross-infection; the sink edges are splash-proof to prevent water spillage; hand dryers are usually high-speed air-drying types, saving space and being highly efficient. All plumbing fittings are leak-proof, using rubber sealing rings and waterproof adhesive to secure connections, adapting to the bumpy environment during movement and preventing water leakage from damaging the internal structure.
Auxiliary spaces are flexibly configured according to functional needs. Some multi-functional models include storage compartments or shelves for placing toilet paper, cleaning tools, and other items, enhancing convenience of use; walls may be equipped with hooks or foldable shelves for hanging personal belongings. The internal frame is made of lightweight steel structure, with modules fixed by screws, eliminating welding dead spots for easy maintenance and replacement of parts; interior panels are made of fire-resistant, scratch-resistant, and easy-to-clean materials such as PVC panels or stainless steel, which can be wiped clean to remove stains, meeting the cleaning needs of high-frequency usage scenarios.
The overall layout balances space utilization and user experience, enabling quick installation and disassembly through modular design, suitable for diverse scenarios such as outdoor temporary use, tourist attraction facilities, and construction site applications.
