Installation of Mobile Toilets at Datong Construction Site
The installation of mobile toilets at the Datong construction site should be carried out from two aspects: installation preparation and installation construction process, which have the advantages of short construction period and mobility.
Installation preparation includes site survey, material preparation, and equipment preparation. During site survey, before construction, three-dimensional coordinate measurements of the installation site should be conducted to determine precise positioning, control the site flatness error within ±5mm/m², and use a level gauge to conduct elevation checks at no less than three points. Soft foundations require replacement treatment. In terms of material preparation, for the main structural materials, the steel structure framework should use Q235B hot-rolled section steel, and there are strict requirements for the thickness of the FRP wall panels as enclosure materials. Regarding equipment preparation, the rated lifting capacity of the hydraulic lifting equipment should be more than 1.5 times the weight of the components, and specific requirements are also in place for electric welding machines, cutting equipment, etc.
The installation construction process is divided into foundation construction, main body installation, and decoration. During foundation construction, for foundation setting-out, a total station should be used for axis positioning, and the deviation of the control line should be ≤3mm. For steel column installation, a dual-crane lifting process should be adopted to control the verticality deviation. For beam connection, the torque coefficient should be rechecked, and the deviation of the final tightening torque value should be controlled. For welding processes, the height of fillet welds and the interlayer temperature should be controlled, and visual inspections should be carried out after welding. During main body installation, for modular construction, a "factory prefabrication + on-site assembly" model should be adopted, with typhoon-resistant reinforcement systems and drainage designs in place. For wall panel installation, self-tapping screws should be used for fixation, controlling the screw spacing and the depth to which the screws are sunk, and properly handling the panel joints. For door and window installation, the gaps between the door frames and the walls should be filled properly, and the gaps between the door and window sashes and the frames and the opening and closing forces should be controlled. For roof installation, the deflection of the roof purlin installation should be controlled, the waterproof membrane should be laid properly, and the drainage slope should be controlled. During decoration, for base layer treatment, mechanical grinding should be used to remove laitance, and an interface agent should be applied. For waterproofing construction, polyurethane waterproof coatings should be applied, and closed water tests should be carried out. For facing tile laying, dry hard cement mortar should be used for the laying of anti-slip floor tiles.
