Boards Used for Mobile Toilets in Inner Mongolia

Admin September 20, 2026

The commonly used boards for mobile toilets in Inner Mongolia include metal carved boards, color-coated steel sheets, aluminum-plastic panels, thickened composite boards, as well as fiberglass-reinforced plastic or new composite boards.

Metal carved boards are one of the frequently used boards for mobile toilets in Inner Mongolia. They offer a wide range of colors and patterns, meeting aesthetic needs in various scenarios. In terms of performance, they have good thermal insulation properties, which are highly suitable for the climate in Inner Mongolia with significant temperature differences, effectively maintaining a stable internal toilet temperature. Additionally, they are fire-resistant, moisture-proof, and corrosion-resistant, enabling them to adapt to complex usage environments and extend the service life of the toilets.

Color-coated steel sheets are also a common choice. Composed of a base steel sheet and a coating, they are lightweight, making transportation and installation more convenient and reducing construction difficulty and costs. Moreover, color-coated steel sheets are relatively low-cost, with good weather resistance and decorative properties, maintaining stable performance under different climatic conditions while adding a certain aesthetic appeal to the toilets.

Aluminum-plastic panels are made by compounding aluminum sheets with plastic core materials. They are lightweight yet strong, with excellent corrosion resistance. Their smooth and flat surfaces are easy to clean and maintain, which is crucial for the daily use and management of mobile toilets, ensuring good hygiene conditions. Furthermore, aluminum-plastic panels have good sound insulation properties, providing a relatively quiet usage environment for users.

Thickened composite boards combine sandwich composite wall panels with galvanized steel frames. The board thickness is increased by 20% compared to conventional products, and they are filled with high-density thermal insulation materials inside, forming an effective thermal insulation layer. This structure makes them particularly suitable for the extremely cold environment in Inner Mongolia, effectively blocking external cold and maintaining warmth inside the toilets.

Fiberglass-reinforced plastic or new composite boards are also widely used in mobile toilets in Inner Mongolia. Their box wall panels commonly use this material, filled with polyurethane and other thermal insulation materials, achieving a balance between thermal insulation and lightweight structure. This not only ensures the thermal insulation performance of the toilets but also reduces their overall weight, facilitating mobility and installation.
