Inflatable Mobile Toilet Tent Installation

Admin September 27, 2026

The installation of inflatable mobile toilet tents can refer to the following core steps:

1. Site Preparation

Select a flat, dry site free of sharp objects. Clear away gravel, branches, and other obstacles to prevent puncturing the tent fabric or causing uneven stress on the air columns. If the ground is uneven, level it or adjust the tent's position to ensure stability. Additionally, avoid areas with fire sources, acidic or alkaline chemicals, and strong electromagnetic interference. The operating temperature should be maintained between -30°C and 50°C, with a reduction in air column pressure required at high temperatures.

2. Tent Unfolding

Remove the tent body from its packaging and lay it flat on the selected site. Open all door and window zippers to ensure smooth airflow during subsequent inflation. Handle the tent gently during this step and avoid dragging it directly to prevent tearing the fabric or deforming the air columns.

3. Inflation Operation

  1. Inflation Sequence: Open the inflation/deflation valve cover and connect the electric pump hose to the inflation port. Follow the principle of "from inside to outside, from main to secondary." First, inflate the main air columns (such as the frame structure), then inflate the secondary air columns (such as the porch or auxiliary units) to ensure balanced overall stress.
  2. Air Pressure Control: Monitor the air pressure in real-time during inflation. The pressure should be maintained within the range of 10-15 KPA, with no more than 15 kpa for large tents. Overpressure may cause the tent fabric to rupture or the air columns to burst.
  3. Completion of Inflation: When the air column saturation reaches 80%-90% (approximately 1 cm of compression when squeezed by hand), reverse rotate and withdraw the air hose and immediately close the valve cover to prevent air leakage.

4. Inspection and Fixing

  1. Air Pressure Inspection: Use a pressure gauge to verify the air pressure and manually check the air column saturation to ensure no local depressions or excessive expansion.
  2. Fixing Method: Drive the ground stakes into the corresponding points at a 30-45 degree angle and connect the guy ropes, adjusting the sliders to secure the tent. For complex terrain, lengthen the ground stakes or use concrete weight blocks; in high-wind areas, add diagonal guy ropes and windbreak nets to enhance wind resistance.

5. Function Debugging

After installation, conduct the following tests:

  1. Air Tightness: The pressure drop should not exceed 5% within 24 hours. Air leakage can be detected by listening or applying soapy water to the valve ports.
  2. Structural Stability: Gently push the tent to observe any shaking and ensure the ground stakes and guy ropes are securely fixed.
  3. Functional Modules: Check whether the ventilation, lighting, sewage, and other systems are operating normally. For multi-unit combined tents, conduct an overall linkage test.

Precautions: After inflation, tighten the valve cover and regularly check for air leakage. When retracting the tent, open the doors and windows to fully vent the gas, fold it, and store it in its packaging to avoid moisture or sun exposure.
