Indoor Sunrooms in Huaxiang

Admin September 04, 2026

Sunrooms are classified by tier: functional, leisure, and standard.

(1) Standard sunrooms have simpler structures. Transparent materials are essential—tempered glass, laminated glass, polycarbonate, and sun panels meet daylight needs, each with trade-offs. Single glass, polycarbonate, and laminated glass can be curved to various shapes but offer weaker insulation and soundproofing (suitable for gyms, laundry rooms, winter lounges). Tempered insulating glass performs like indoor environments but is costly for curved work. Polycarbonate collects dust; PVC lasts ~10 years; glass products last far longer.

(2) Functional sunrooms are premium, dedicated spaces—reception rooms, small restaurants, studies, or children's playrooms. Typically wood or pure-wood frames with multi-layer sun panels and laminated tempered insulating glass, solid wood or aluminum-clad wood doors and windows. uPVC windows often seal better. Special ventilation and shading systems add practicality.

(3) Leisure sunrooms are mid-tier—larger and better structured, ideal for villas and private courtyards. With attractive parasols and openable windows, they become leisure rooms for tables, fitness equipment, and entertainment. On summer nights, recline and stargaze.
