Hunan Mobile Toilet Design Plan
The design plan for mobile toilets in Hunan should comprehensively consider layout planning, hardware configuration, service配套 (supporting services), and materials and appearance to ensure functionality, convenience, and safety.

Layout Planning should be combined with pedestrian density and flow design. In high-traffic areas such as audience entrances, main venues, and dining areas, configure one toilet unit per 500-1000 people, with a male-to-female ratio of 1:1.2-1:1.5, and reserve 5%-10% spare capacity. For example, set up 2-3 groups of toilets within 100 meters of the main stage at the Changde Music Festival, and add more within 50 meters of dining and rest areas; in Yiyang scenic spots, distribute toilets within a 300-meter walking distance from entrances, main sightseeing routes, and popular attractions. The location should be close to main channels but avoid key nodes (such as entrances and emergency exits), maintaining a safety distance of more than 5 meters from trash bins and electrical equipment. Special areas require differentiated configurations: allocate male and female toilets at a ratio of 1:1.2 in the audience stands, set up dedicated toilets in the athlete area, and equip the children's area with family toilets with handrails or barrier-free facilities. Flow design should be linked to event schedules, reserving toilets along the warm-up area, check-in area, and audience exit routes for athletes, and placing one group every 200-300 meters along main channels. The signage system should use reflective or luminous materials for clear visibility at night; in terms of emergency management, set up 1-2 spare toilets near the main stage and stock 2-3 mobile toilets for dynamic scheduling during the peak tourist season in Yiyang scenic spots.
Hardware Configuration should balance performance and user experience. The basic structure uses modified cement-bonded polystyrene foam plastic panels, which are corrosion-resistant, earthquake-resistant, pressure-resistant (with a load-bearing capacity of 350 kg), and wind-resistant, with a cost of less than 40 yuan per square meter. Internal facilities can lease smart sensing systems, such as foot-operated or automatic flushing and ventilation and deodorization equipment, to keep the air fresh. For scenarios like Yiyang scenic spots, it is recommended to choose toilets with barrier-free designs, equipped with handrails and barrier-free access.
Service Support should cover basic cleaning and extended needs. Clean at least twice a day and increase inspection frequencies during peak hours; provide temporary lockers, tissues, hand sanitizer, hand dryers, and add warm water flushing functions in winter; for foreign tourists, set up bilingual signs in Chinese and English to avoid language barriers.
Materials and Appearance should meet scene requirements. Materials can be stainless steel or galvanized steel, with processes including welding and polishing to ensure durability; the appearance can be customized in modern, antique, or minimalist styles, with colors coordinated with the surrounding environment to enhance overall aesthetics.
