Hulunbuir Mobile Toilet Outdoor

Admin October 02, 2026

The Hulunbuir outdoor mobile toilet is a modular temporary sanitation facility adapted to the high-latitude grassland climate, featuring weather resistance, self-contained closed-loop treatment, and flexible configuration.

I. Design and Construction Features
The mobile toilet adopts a modular structure, with the main material requiring weather resistance to accommodate the large temperature variations and windy conditions in the Hulunbuir region. The internal configuration includes toilets, sewage storage containers, ventilation devices, and lighting equipment, with some units integrating simple handwashing functions. Its operation does not rely on external piping networks, achieving closed-loop treatment through self-contained freshwater reserves and sewage recovery systems, reducing environmental dependence.

II. Technical Routes and Energy Supply

  1. Technical Routes:
    • Dry Toilet Type: Relies on biodegradation principles, accelerating the decomposition of excreta by adding microbial agents, suitable for wild sites lacking water supply systems.
    • Recirculating Water Flush Type: Equipped with a water circulation filtration system, a single water reserve can support multiple flushes, but requires regular maintenance of filtration components, suitable for scenarios with higher hygiene requirements.
  2. Energy Supply:
Utilizes a dual guarantee of a solar power system (equipped with energy storage battery packs) and a small generator. The solar power can sustain continuous operation of lighting and ventilation equipment for 72 hours, switching to the generator in rainy weather to adapt to the variable grassland climate.

III. Rental Service Process
Service providers need to assess demand and plan locations based on the scale, duration, personnel density, and terrain accessibility of the event. The transportation process must consider the traversability of the grassland terrain, ensuring that the facilities are securely installed and meet environmental protection requirements during installation. Maintenance management follows a three-tier standard, with waste collection and disinfection carried out daily during peak periods, prioritizing the use of biological enzyme agents to reduce ecological impact. Waste disposal adheres to regional regulations, with solid waste sealed and transported, liquid waste naturally decomposed through degradation bags, and some areas using mobile treatment vehicles to reduce secondary pollution. Equipment recovery requires three-stage cleaning (high-pressure washing, atomized disinfection, ultraviolet irradiation) and drying before folding and shipping.

IV. Scenario-Based Configuration Differences
Short-term festival events mostly adopt basic functional units to meet basic sanitation needs; long-term engineering projects may add shower modules or barrier-free facilities. The modular design allows for flexible adjustment of equipment combinations based on actual needs, for example, in low-temperature environments, the drainage system requires anti-freezing treatment to ensure functional stability.
