Huludao Prefabricated Houses
Huludao prefabricated houses mainly include three types: space capsule mobile houses, K-type panel houses, and integrated houses.

Space capsule mobile houses are prefabricated building units composed of metal frames and composite materials. They have a simple appearance and optimized internal space. The standard unit area ranges from 10 to 30 square meters and can be combined and expanded. After the main structure and interior decoration are completed in the factory, they are transported to the site for rapid assembly. Their doors and windows are sealed, equipped with ventilation and lighting systems, and have rest areas, storage spaces, and basic electrical interfaces inside. They are mainly used for temporary accommodation in tourist resorts, staff dormitories, temporary exhibition halls or reception centers in exhibition activities, etc. Technologically, they focus on structural safety and environmental adaptability. The main structure undergoes mechanical calculations to resist a certain level of wind load. Insulation materials are used to keep the indoor temperature stable, and some models are equipped with solar power supply systems. When in use, site conditions need to be considered. Choose a flat and solid ground, and carry out foundation treatment if necessary. Installation should follow operating procedures, and regular inspections and maintenance of the structural fasteners and the aging of the sealing strips should be carried out. There are various models available on the market, and prices vary depending on size and configuration. The cost of basic models ranges from tens of thousands to over a hundred thousand yuan.
K-type panel houses use steel structures as the framework and are built with lightweight materials. They have a flexible design and can be customized according to needs. The main components include steel frames, wall panels, and roof panels, which have the advantages of being lightweight, durable, and earthquake-resistant. Their strengths lie in high construction efficiency. The components are mostly prefabricated parts, and construction only requires simple assembly, resulting in a short construction period. They are energy-saving and environmentally friendly, as the materials are mostly recyclable lightweight materials with good thermal insulation properties. They are highly adaptable, and the design can be adjusted according to different geographical environments and climatic conditions, effectively resisting sea breezes and humid weather. Application scenarios include temporary housing, tourist resorts, and rural construction. They have broad future development prospects, with construction technology constantly being updated, application scope further expanding, and a greater focus on sustainable development.
Integrated houses transfer the main production processes of buildings from the construction site to the factory. Building components such as walls, floors, and roofs are prefabricated in the factory and then transported to the site for hoisting and assembly, reducing wet operations and on-site processing, improving construction speed, and reducing material waste. They generally use lightweight steel structures as the main framework and are deeply integrated with modular design concepts, having inherent flexibility. During the factory prefabrication stage, performance such as thermal insulation, heat insulation, waterproofing, and fire prevention are systematically integrated into the wall and roof structures.
