Huichang County, Ganzhou Mobile Toilets

Admin October 12, 2026

Huichang County, under the jurisdiction of Ganzhou, has clear plans and arrangements for the construction of mobile toilets and public restrooms.

New Public Restroom Construction Plan in Huichang County

Within the overall mobile toilet planning in Ganzhou, Huichang County has specific arrangements for constructing new public restrooms. The government work report clearly states that 15 public restrooms (new or renovated) are to be built as part of the urban and rural public restroom construction task, with 10 new public restrooms to be built in townships, and Huichang County is included in this planning system. This means that Huichang County will gradually promote the construction of new public restrooms in township areas to meet the toilet needs of urban and rural residents and enhance the convenience and coverage of urban and rural public services. The plan for new public restrooms helps improve the situation of insufficient quantity and uneven distribution of public restrooms in some areas of Huichang County, providing residents and tourists with a more convenient and hygienic toilet environment.

Renovation and Improvement of Specific Public Restrooms

Regarding the public restroom at the entrance of Huichang County Hope Primary School, the Huichang County Urban Management Bureau handled it in accordance with relevant regulations. Since public restrooms are important indicators for creating a national hygienic city and a provincial-level civilized city, the number of public restrooms in the area where this restroom was demolished did not meet the regulatory standards. Based on this, the Urban Management Bureau renovated and upgraded the restroom to the second-class public restroom standard. Second-class public restrooms have high requirements in terms of facility equipment and hygiene conditions. The renovated restroom can better meet usage needs and enhance the user experience.

Public Restroom Management Measures

Huichang County not only focuses on the construction and renovation of public restrooms but also strengthens the management of newly built, renovated, and in-use public restrooms. By increasing the frequency of restroom cleaning, it ensures that the interior environment of the restrooms is clean and hygienic, reducing odors and stains, and providing users with a clean and comfortable toilet space. This series of management measures helps maintain the good operating condition of public restrooms, improves the service quality of public restrooms, and further enhances the city image of Huichang County and the quality of life of residents.
