How to Repair Mobile Toilet Floor
The repair of a mobile toilet floor requires targeted measures based on specific issues. Common situations and their handling methods are as follows:

I. Repair of Loose or Detached Floor Tiles
If the floor tiles are loose but not completely detached, they can be directly repaired using special tile adhesive. The specific steps are as follows:
- Clean the floor: Thoroughly clean the loose area with detergent and warm water to ensure there is no dust, oil, or debris. Wait for the floor to dry completely before proceeding to the next step.
- Apply adhesive: Evenly apply the special tile adhesive to the back of the loose tile and the floor base. Ensure the amount of adhesive is moderate to avoid overflow.
- Stick and fix: Align the tile in its original direction and gently press it down to ensure the adhesive makes full contact with the base. Use a heavy object (such as a wooden board) to press down on the tile for 24 hours until the adhesive is completely cured before removing it.
If the floor tiles have already detached and need to be removed and replaced, follow these steps:
- Remove old tiles: Carefully break the old tiles with a hammer and shovel, avoiding damage to the surrounding tiles or the base.
- Clean the base: Remove residual adhesive and debris to ensure the base is flat, dry, and free of oil.
- Re-lay tiles: Apply tile adhesive to the base, evenly stick the new tiles in their original direction, gently tap them with a rubber mallet to make them flush with the surrounding tiles, and finally clean up any excess adhesive.
II. Repair of Floor Loosening Due to Water Leakage
If the floor loosening is caused by water leakage due to a drainage system failure or a broken water pipe, the water leakage problem must be resolved first:
- Locate the leak: Check the drainage pipes, water tank, or connections to confirm the location of the leak.
- Repair the leak: Replace damaged pipes, seals, or repair cracks in the water tank according to the cause of the leak.
- Handle the floor: Remove the damp tiles, remove the original adhesive, wait for the base to dry completely, then reapply adhesive and lay the tiles again, and check if the drainage system has returned to normal.
III. Repair of Damaged Box Structure
If the mobile toilet box is deformed or cracked due to external impact, handle it according to the degree of damage:
- Small cracks: Repair the cracks with special plastic welding materials to ensure the welding is firm and the surface is flat.
- Severe damage: If the box deformation affects use or the cracks cannot be repaired, replace the damaged parts or the entire box.
Precautions: Wear protective gloves during repair to avoid skin damage from adhesive or debris; if it involves electrical circuits or complex drainage systems, it is recommended to contact professional personnel for operation.
