How to Remove a Mobile Cement Toilet Door
Admin October 19, 2026
The method for removing a mobile cement toilet door depends on the type of door. Here are the common types and removal steps:

I. Removal of Swing Doors If it is an ordinary swing door, first check the type of hinges:
- Ordinary Hinges: Use a screwdriver to unscrew the screws connecting the hinges to the door frame and door panel, and remove the door along with the hinges as a whole. If the door is heavy, it is recommended that two people cooperate to avoid deformation of the hinges or detachment of the door panel.
- High-end Quick-release Hinges: These hinges usually have a quick-separation structure. You can directly press or rotate the hinge components to quickly separate the two hinge pieces without completely removing the screws.
II. Removal of Sliding Doors There are various types of sliding doors, and the removal methods need to be distinguished:
- Ordinary Sliding Doors
- Single-panel Door: Lift the door to the highest point of the track, detach the bottom from the lower track, and then tilt the door panel to detach the top rollers from the upper track. If it is a suspended track, first remove the fixing screws of the track, and then remove the door and track as a whole.
- Double-panel Door: First, unscrew the screws fixing the upper track to the door and window slots, push the two doors to the middle position, and then lift the bottom and move it to one side to detach the top from the door frame slots and remove them.
- Bathroom Glass Sliding Doors
- Requires two people to cooperate: One person lifts the door panel to relieve the pressure from the top rollers, and the other person uses a screwdriver or a thin tool to push the rollers outward. After the rollers are completely detached, put down the door panel, and finally lift the lower part of the door panel and pull it out.
- Overhead Track Sliding Doors
- Exposed Overhead Rollers: Check the roller inserts on the side of the door above. If they are covered by decorative skins, use a scraper to scrape off part of the decorative skins to expose the gaps, and then use your hands or a tool to push the inserts to detach the door from the track.
- Concealed Overhead Rollers: First, remove the fixing components on one side, lift the door, pull it outward and rotate it to form a certain angle between the door and the track, and then remove it.
III. General Removal Steps (Applicable to Most Sliding Doors)
- Prepare Tools: Screwdrivers, awls, rubber mallets, scrapers, wrenches, safety gloves, and goggles.
- Remove Door Handles: Use a screwdriver to unscrew the fixing screws of the handles and remove the handles.
- Remove Slide Rail Screws: Remove the screws fixing the slide rails and take the sliding door off the slide rails.
- Remove Slide Rails: If the slide rails are fixed to the wall or ceiling, use a wrench to remove the fixing components and then take off the slide rails.
- Remove Door Frames: Gently tap the edges of the door frames with a rubber mallet to separate them from the wall, and at the same time, remove the connected levers and rods.
- Remove Residues: Use a scraper to peel off the adhesive tapes and glues on the door frames to avoid damaging the wall surface.
Precautions: Before removal, turn off the water source (if it involves a bathroom door) and wear protective equipment to prevent scratches. If the door is heavy or has a complex structure, it is recommended to contact professional personnel for operation.
