How to Move Environmental Toilets
Environmental toilets are primarily moved using hoisting methods. Specifically, the principles and processes of their movement are as follows:

I. Structural Design Meets Mobility Requirements
Environmental mobile toilets are constructed using a steel frame structure through welding, which forms the basis for their mobility. Typically, the bottom is welded with channel steel or I-beams, a design that not only enhances structural stability but also facilitates subsequent moving operations. The columns are made of square steel, further improving the overall structural strength and rigidity. The frame structure makes the entire toilet a relatively independent and complete unit, capable of meeting hoisting requirements. This design avoids the issue of traditional toilets being difficult to move due to being fixed to the ground, providing flexibility for the use of environmental toilets.
II. Hoisting Process Enables Movement
When it is necessary to move an environmental toilet, professional hoisting equipment such as cranes is typically used. The hoisting hook of the equipment is connected to specific lifting points on the toilet frame, which are designed with consideration for the forces involved in hoisting to ensure that the toilet structure is not damaged during the process. Once the hoisting equipment is activated, the toilet is slowly lifted off its original position. During the lifting process, operators closely monitor the toilet's balance to ensure it does not tilt or sway. Subsequently, the hoisting equipment moves the toilet to the designated new location and slowly lowers it, allowing it to land smoothly.
III. Installation and Fixing Ensure Safe Use
After being moved to a new location, the environmental toilet requires installation and fixing. This typically involves connecting the bottom of the toilet to the ground using fixing elements such as expansion bolts to ensure that the toilet does not move due to external forces during use. At the same time, all components of the toilet are inspected and adjusted to ensure normal operation. After these steps, the environmental toilet can continue to serve people at its new location.
