How to Flush After Using a Portable Toilet
The flushing methods for portable toilets vary depending on the type, with specific operations as follows:

High-pressure air-water flush type: This type of portable toilet uses a combination of high-pressure water flow and gas to vigorously flush the inner walls of the toilet bowl. The flushing process is automatically controlled by an infrared sensor and a computerized intelligent system. When the user leaves, the sensor detects the signal, and the intelligent system immediately activates the high-pressure air-water mixing device to complete the flushing action. Users do not need to manually operate; the entire process is automated.
Foam flush type: The equipment room is equipped with an automatic foaming machine that generates snow-white foam through a mixture in a specific ratio, covering the surface of the toilet bowl. The foam acts as a lubricant and odor blocker, replacing conventional flushing. Users do not need additional flushing operations after using the toilet; the foam will naturally slide down with the waste into the storage tank, which is regularly cleaned by dedicated personnel.
Storage-type portable toilet: Some models do not require external water and electricity connections and require manual water filling for flushing. The specific operation is as follows: Find the water inlet next to the sink, open it, and fill the water tank with clean water to the designated level; when flushing, the water in the tank flows into the toilet bowl through gravity or a simple pump system. The hand-washing function is achieved by stepping on a small foot pump; pressing it causes water to flow from the faucet, and releasing it stops the flow to conserve water.
Simple portable toilet: It is usually equipped with two black foot pedals that control the flushing and hand-washing functions separately. After using the toilet, step on the first black pedal, and the sprinkler in the squat pan will automatically spray water for flushing; step on the second black pedal, and the faucet will provide water for hand washing. The water flow stops when the pedal is released. This design is intuitive and suitable for temporary or outdoor scenarios.
Mobile water-flush toilet: Its structure is similar to that of a traditional fixed toilet, equipped with a water tank and a flush button or handle. After the user finishes using the toilet, pressing the flush button or pulling the handle causes the water in the tank to quickly flow into the toilet bowl through the pipes to complete the flushing. The water tank needs to be refilled regularly, and some models can be connected to an external water source for automatic water supply.
The flushing methods of different types of portable toilets are designed to adapt to specific usage scenarios. Before operating, observe the equipment labels or consult the management personnel to ensure correct usage.
