How to Connect Feces in Mobile Toilets

Admin September 27, 2026

The methods for connecting feces in mobile toilets vary depending on their types. Common methods are as follows:

  1. Water-flush and Non-water-flush Suction Types
Water-flush mobile toilets use a water tank on top to provide flushing power, directing feces into a bottom sewage tank; non-water-flush types directly receive excreta in the bottom sewage tank. Due to the limited capacity of the sewage tank, both methods require regular use of suction equipment (such as sewage suction trucks) to transfer feces to treatment facilities. Key Point: The sewage tank has a small capacity and needs timely cleaning to avoid overflow.

  2. Dry Packing Type
This type of toilet has no flushing device and receives excreta in biodegradable plastic bags. After each use, the system automatically replaces the plastic bag with a new one. Full plastic bags are collected and transported to professional treatment plants. Advantage: No water resources are required, making it suitable for water-scarce or temporary use scenarios; Note: Plastic bags must meet environmental standards to avoid secondary pollution.

  3. Recirculating Water-flush Type
This method achieves feces and sewage recycling through biological treatment technology. The toilet is equipped with intermittent aerobic and anaerobic treatment devices. After adding biological strains, biological membranes accelerate fermentation and decomposition. The treated water is purified through a filtration device and reused for flushing. Core: The decomposition efficiency of biological strains and the reliability of the filtration system directly affect the recycling effect.

  4. Foam Sealing Type
Foam generated by a foaming liquid mixture covers the inside of the toilet bowl, replacing traditional flushing. The foam is transported by compressed air to an activator and covers the toilet bowl through pipes, forming a sealed layer to prevent odor diffusion. Characteristic: Significant water-saving effect, but requires regular replenishment of the foaming liquid and maintenance of the foam generation system.

  5. Microbial Type
Excreta enter a solid-liquid separation device through an automatically opening toilet bowl: feces enter a fermentation tank and decompose after being mixed with initial ingredients, sawdust, and biological strains; urine is filtered and enters a comprehensive treatment system. Advantage: Achieves solid-liquid separation, reducing treatment difficulty; Challenge: Strict management of strain activity and fermentation environment control is required.

  6. Vacuum Suction Type (Vehicle-mounted Mobile Toilets)
Mainly used in vehicle-mounted scenarios, a vacuum pump generates negative pressure to directly suck excreta into a collection tank. Characteristic: Strong suction power allows for rapid collection of excreta, but the collection tank needs to be emptied regularly and the vacuum system's sealing performance maintained.

Summary: The feces connection methods for mobile toilets cover various technical paths such as physical collection, biological treatment, and recycling. When choosing a method, comprehensive consideration should be given to factors such as the usage scenario, water resource conditions, environmental requirements, and maintenance costs.
