How to Charge for Mobile Toilets
Admin September 23, 2026
The charging models for mobile toilets vary depending on the region, demand, and service content. Here are some common charging methods:

1. Charging by the number of usage days
Different regions set differentiated prices based on toilet specifications, condition, and rental duration.
- Nanchang: The daily rental fee for a single unit ranges from 100 to 200 yuan, with potential discounts for rentals exceeding one month.
- Ji'an: The daily rental fee for a basic single-stall toilet ranges from 150 to 300 yuan, while models with squat or toilet seats range from 200 to 400 yuan. Rentals exceeding seven days are eligible for 7-15 day package discounts (total price reduced by 10%-15%), and rentals exceeding 30 days see the daily rental fee reduced to 70%-80% of the base price.
- Jingdezhen: The daily rental fee for a single-person toilet with a flushing system ranges from 150 to 300 yuan, while double-person or partitioned models range from 300 to 500 yuan, with discounts available for rentals exceeding three days.
2. Package pricing by the number of units and usage cycle
Package pricing is offered for long-term projects to reduce unit costs.
- Nanchang: For projects with a duration exceeding three months, the total price for renting 10 toilets for three months ranges from 20,000 to 30,000 yuan.
- Ji'an: For rentals exceeding 30 days, the total price for a single-stall toilet is approximately 3,000 to 4,500 yuan, including free cleaning and regular maintenance services, with prices adjusted based on the number of units and usage cycle.
3. Base fee + deposit model
This includes basic costs for transportation and installation, as well as a device deposit.
- Nanchang: The base fee (transportation and installation) ranges from 200 to 500 yuan, with the deposit equivalent to the value of a single unit.
- Ji'an: The deposit is 30%-50% of the total device value.
- Jingdezhen: The deposit is 1-2 times the rental fee (e.g., for a 3-day rental at 200 yuan per day, the deposit ranges from 300 to 600 yuan), with a full refund upon undamaged return.
4. Tiered charging by the number of users
This applies to scenarios with high foot traffic, where the unit price decreases with increased usage.
- Ji'an: For a single day, 50-100 users are charged 10 yuan per person, 100-200 users are charged 8 yuan per person, and over 200 users are charged 6 yuan per person.
5. Additional service fees
Extra charges are applied based on needs for cleaning, transportation, and maintenance.
- Nanchang: Customization for special scenarios (e.g., barrier-free facilities, heating) or additional charges for night construction and extra cleaning are negotiated.
- Ji'an: Transportation fees exceed 50-100 yuan per kilometer for distances beyond 5 kilometers, with daily cleaning at 50 yuan per unit and an additional 100 yuan for deep cleaning.
- Jingdezhen: Transportation fees for remote areas range from 50 to 100 yuan per kilometer, with cleaning services ranging from 50 to 100 yuan per session and consumables like toilet paper and hand sanitizer at 20 to 50 yuan per day.
6. Custom pricing for special scenarios
Differentiated pricing is provided for high-end demands or complex environments.
- Nanchang: Special demands at construction sites require negotiated pricing.
- Ji'an: Luxury models with multiple stalls have a daily rental fee ranging from 400 to 600 yuan, with additional charges of 50 to 100 yuan per day for night lighting and anti-slip design, and 200 to 300 yuan per vehicle trip for mobile service vehicles.
- Jingdezhen: Prices for barrier-free toilets, high-end models with air conditioning, or facilities like night lighting and rain shelters are 50%-100% higher than basic models.
