How to Build a Foldable Mobile Toilet

Admin October 05, 2026

The construction methods for foldable mobile toilets vary depending on the type, mainly including snap-on foldable toilets, integrated finished mobile toilets, and small foldable toilets. Here are the specific construction methods for each type:

Snap-on Foldable Toilet:
The installation process requires assembling components strictly according to the kit instructions. First, ensure that all accessories are complete, including the toilet body, mobile phone toilet paper holder, curing agent, and sealing ring. When installing, first fix the toilet body frame to ensure the base is placed steadily on the ground without shaking. Then install the toilet paper holder, usually fixed to the side of the toilet with snaps or screws, paying attention to the angle of the holder for easy access. The use of the curing agent requires mixing it according to the instructions, pouring it into the designated container, and mixing it with excrement to achieve solid-liquid separation through a chemical reaction, reducing odors. The sealing ring needs to be installed at the connection between the toilet and the sewage pipe to ensure a tight interface and prevent leakage. Throughout the installation process, pay attention to aligning the components to avoid malfunctions caused by misalignment.

Integrated Finished Mobile Toilet:
This type of toilet adopts a modular design, and the installation process is similar to 'building with blocks'. First, clear the installation site to ensure the ground is flat and free of debris. Then, vertically fix the columns to the ground, reinforcing them with expansion screws or embedded parts to ensure stability. Next, connect the wall panels, roof panels, and other modules to the columns with snaps or bolts, paying attention to the direction and numbering of the modules to avoid incorrect installation. During the splicing process, check whether the snaps are fully engaged to ensure a tight structure without gaps. Finally, install accessories such as doors, windows, and ventilation systems, and connect the water and electricity lines (if equipped with a flushing function). The overall installation does not require civil engineering work, but it is necessary to ensure that the modules are firmly connected to avoid loosening during use.

Small Foldable Toilet:
Its structure is simple, mainly consisting of a lightweight metal or plastic frame. When using, first unfold the frame to form the shape of a toilet seat and confirm that the frame locks are fixed to prevent collapse during use. Then place a collection bag under the toilet seat, which can be a disposable emergency bag or a thickened garbage bag. Ensure that the bag opening completely covers the edge of the toilet seat and is fixed with elastic bands or tape to prevent excrement from leaking out. Some models are equipped with foldable stands, which need to be unfolded and adjusted to a comfortable height. After use, promptly seal the collection bag and replace it to maintain hygiene. This type of toilet is suitable for temporary use, and both construction and storage are relatively convenient.
