How to Assemble a Mobile Toilet

Admin September 21, 2026

The assembly methods for mobile toilets vary depending on the material and type. Common types include stainless steel mobile toilets and simple mobile toilets, with specific assembly methods as follows:

Assembly of Stainless Steel Mobile Toilets

  1. Preparation Before Assembly
Prepare tools such as welding machines, wrenches, and cutting machines, as well as materials including stainless steel plates, water pipes, electrical wires, toilets, water tanks, faucets, light bulbs, and switches. Ensure that all tools are complete and functional, and that material specifications meet design requirements.

  2. Cutting the Plates
Cut the stainless steel plates into four identical rectangular pieces for the walls. Cut a small rectangle from one piece for the door panel and a small rectangle from another piece at the top for window installation. Additionally, cut a floor and a ceiling. Ensure precise dimensions and smooth edges during cutting.

  3. Welding the External Structure
Use a welding machine to weld the cut plates into the overall external frame of the toilet, ensuring firm welds without cold welds, a stable structure, and verticality that meets standards.

  4. Installing Doors and Windows
Install a door lock on the door panel and connect it to the wall panel using door hinges. Embed the glass window into the reserved wall position and secure it with sealant to ensure airtightness.

  5. Connecting Water and Electricity
Connect water and electricity from external sources and arrange the positions of water pipe outlets and electrical wire ends reasonably. Install valves on water pipes to control water flow and protect electrical wires with conduits, connecting them to leakage protection devices.

  6. Installing Lighting and Sanitary Facilities
Install a light bulb socket on the toilet ceiling and attach a light bulb. Lead the water pipe to the toilet side and install a faucet. Elevate the floor and place a sewage collection box in the interlayer. Align the toilet's sewage outlet and install the toilet, ensuring the floor covers the sewage collection box. The storage tank can be installed in the upper space.

  7. Reserving Exhaust and Mobility Devices
Reserve an exhaust port on the top or side wall or install an exhaust fan. Install wheels at the bottom of the floor for easy overall movement.

  8. Inspection and Improvement
Check all welds and joints for airtightness, and test the functionality of water and electricity, toilet flushing, lighting, etc., to ensure there are no safety hazards.

Installation of Simple Mobile Toilets

  1. Unpacking and Inspection
After receiving the package, open it and check if all accessories are complete, including the toilet body, water tank, water pipe, screws, etc. Verify against the list to avoid omissions.

  2. Assembly Steps
Follow the instructions or contact customer service for guidance during installation. Typically, steps include securing the toilet base, connecting the water tank to the toilet, installing the water pipe, and adjusting the flushing function. The operation is simple and does not require professional tools, with completion possible in 6 steps. After installation, check that all components are firmly connected and that the flushing function is smooth.
