House Prefabricated Slab Repair
Repair of house prefabricated slabs requires targeted measures based on specific issues, with common repair methods including roof waterproofing repair, crack repair, and floor slab damage repair.

Roof Waterproofing Repair: Prefabricated slab roofs are prone to leakage due to issues such as joint gaps, base layer defects, and dynamic deformation, requiring systematic repair. For example, the Phase I project of Zhonghuan Jiayuan in Putuo District adopted a comprehensive solution including full-area obstacle removal, base layer repair, rigid filling and reinforcement of slab joints, national standard thickened membrane waterproofing, and specialized exposed waterproofing reinforcement for gutters. Throughout the process, Dongfang Yuhong national standard genuine waterproofing materials were used, with a 5-year warranty provided. Such repairs need to prioritize addressing the sealing of joint gaps and the aging of the waterproofing layer, filling slab joints with rigid filling materials, and covering the entire roof with high-elasticity waterproofing membranes to form multiple waterproofing barriers. Specialized exposed waterproofing materials should be used in areas prone to water accumulation, such as gutters, to enhance resistance to ultraviolet rays and weathering.
Crack Repair: If cracks appear in prefabricated slabs, the reinforcement method should be selected based on the type of crack. During renovation, mesh fabric or carbon fiber fabric can be used to treat the cracks. The unit price of carbon fiber fabric is approximately 100 yuan per roll. During construction, the crack surface should be cleaned first, filled with epoxy resin until flat, and then reinforced with carbon fiber fabric or mesh fabric to enhance structural strength. For top-floor houses, it is essential to focus on inspecting for roof leakage. If cracks are accompanied by water seepage, local waterproofing treatment should be carried out first using exterior wall putty, followed by the application of waterproofing coating after drying to form a flexible waterproofing layer. The core of crack repair is structural reinforcement, ensuring that the filling material adheres firmly to the base layer to prevent secondary cracking due to dynamic loads.
Floor Slab Damage Repair: For locally damaged prefabricated slabs, the repair process is divided into four steps: first, moisten the edges of the floor slab with cement slurry to enhance the adhesion of new and old materials; place wooden planks underneath for support to prevent collapse during repair; use a trowel to evenly apply cement mortar to fill the damaged area, with the mortar mix ratio meeting design requirements; finally, smooth the repaired surface to ensure consistency with the original floor slab's flatness. This method is suitable for simple damage. If the damage involves structural safety, a professional organization should be commissioned for reinforcement design, possibly using techniques such as steel plate bonding reinforcement or external prestressing.
When repairing, the repair plan should be selected based on the actual condition of the house. For example, roof leakage should prioritize addressing joint gaps and the waterproofing layer, crack repair should focus on structural reinforcement, and floor slab damage should assess safety before determining the repair scope.
