Mobile Toilet Facilities in Hospital

Admin October 17, 2026

Mobile toilet facilities can be installed within the hospital premises. These are portable units that provide restroom services to the public and clients as a whole.

Composition of Mobile Toilets

Mobile toilets generally consist of multiple parts. The fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device) is used to collect and treat fecal sewage; the floor provides a stable standing and moving space for users; sanitary ware, including squat pans and toilets, caters to different usage habits; walls serve to separate and protect privacy; washing facilities such as hand-washing taps facilitate user cleanliness; water tanks store flushing water; the roof offers protection from wind and rain; and the mobile device enables the entire toilet to be moved.

Classification of Mobile Toilets

In terms of structural form, they can be divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets. The single structure is relatively simple and independent, while the composite structure may be composed of multiple parts and has more complex functions. According to the method of movement, there are hoisting and handling-type mobile toilets, which usually require equipment such as cranes for movement; power-driven and trailer-type mobile toilets have their own power or can be towed by vehicles. Based on sewage treatment methods, they are classified as water-flush and waterless suction-type mobile toilets. Water-flush types use water for flushing, while waterless suction types treat feces through suction devices; circulating water-flush mobile toilets can recycle flushing water to save water resources; dry-packing mobile toilets pack feces for treatment without the need for water.

Features and Advantages of Mobile Toilets

They have the advantages of being movable, combinable, and easy to transport. They can be conveniently carried to any location where toilet facilities are needed and can be used repeatedly. Their design adheres to the principles of easy mobility, economic durability, environmental protection, ecological friendliness, improved efficiency, and the promotion of humanity. The overall structure uses lightweight and durable materials, is sturdy, and controls height and width. The mobile device is complete and reasonable.

Usage of Mobile Toilets

Take a simple mobile toilet as an example. Upon entering, there is a space of about one square meter with a squat pan and a hand-washing tap. There are two black balls below. After using the toilet, step on one black ball, and the squat pan will automatically flush; step on the other black ball, and the tap will provide water for hand-washing. Meanwhile, there is a door bolt on the door. When the bolt is pulled up, it indicates that someone is inside; when pulled down, it shows that the toilet is unoccupied.
