Honghu Mobile Toilet Inspection

Admin October 19, 2026

The inspection of mobile toilets in Honghu City should adhere to the general standards and testing methods for mobile toilet inspections, covering various aspects such as equipment quality, performance, and structural safety.

Inspection Standards

  • Equipment Quality and Performance: Ensure that the mobile toilet equipment is brand new and meets the quality and performance requirements specified in the bidding technical documents. It should perform satisfactorily under correct installation, use, and maintenance conditions, with equipment quantity and material usage complying with relevant requirements.
  • Structural Safety: The main technical references include multiple standards and codes such as the 'Regulations for Housing Quality Inspection', 'Building Structural Load Code', and 'Building Seismic Design Code'.

Testing Methods

  • Supervisory Testing: The purchaser may send personnel to supervise and pre-accept during the manufacturing process or before shipment to ensure that the production process complies with standards.
  • On-site Testing: Upon arrival at the site, the equipment should be unpacked and inspected to check whether its appearance and quantity are consistent with the contract.
  • Operational Testing: After installation and commissioning, a trial run should be conducted to ensure there are no faults and that the equipment is confirmed to be qualified before it can be put into use.
  • On-site Toilet Preparation: Ensure the normal use and fixation of the equipment, with water and electricity connected and调试 (debugged) normally.

Special Inspections

  • Appearance and Decorative Quality Inspection: Visually inspect the appearance and interior decoration, measure dimensional errors, and check whether the decorative layer, caulking, floor, etc., meet the requirements.
  • Wind Resistance Performance Inspection: Steel structure welding should comply with JGJ81 requirements, and anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatments should comply with GB50212 requirements. The overall wind resistance performance should be no less than Level 10, the seismic resistance level should be no less than Level 8, and the service life should be no less than 10 years. A thrust test should be conducted according to GB/T50212 regulations.
  • Sealing and Waterproofing Inspection: Use a water spray gun to continuously spray water along the exterior walls and other parts for 15 minutes, then stop for 1 hour and check for leakage.
  • Tank Sealing Performance Inspection: Fill the storage tank and fecal storage tank with water and let them stand to check for leakage. Visually inspect the water supply and drainage pipelines, use a stopwatch to test the time it takes for the toilet fixture to complete its sealing action, check the isolation between the fecal storage tank and the toilet interior, the setting of vent pipes, etc., and check the opening and closing and sealing of the cleaning port cover.
  • Structural Damage Inspection: Check for damage and defects, such as at the connections of main load-bearing components, stressed steel members, and welds.
  • Structural Safety Calculation and Analysis: Consider various loads and data parameters according to relevant standards and use PKPM software for bearing capacity analysis.
  • Steel Function Testing: Non-destructive testing of steel structure welds and mechanical property testing of steel materials are not mandatory and depend on the owner's needs.
