Making a Mobile Toilet Using a Water Storage Barrel

1. Basic Structure Construction: First, prepare a water storage barrel and use an angle grinder to split it in half. Fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board for easy movement later. Then, use wooden strips and self-tapping screws to fix the wooden board on the upper side of the barrel to increase the height and provide space for installing other components.
2. Wall and Roof Construction: Cut an opening on the side of the water storage barrel for the door. Install sponge strips to form the door frame and insert plastic soft boards to create raised walls, enhancing the privacy and stability of the toilet. Place the upper half of the water storage barrel on top of the wooden strips as the roof. To improve aesthetics, you can apply white waterproof paint on the roof surface.
3. Door Construction: Use foam strips to拼接 (assemble) discarded honeycomb wooden boards to make a simple door that meets basic opening and closing requirements.
4. Drainage and Water System Installation: Cut a hole at the bottom of the barrel and install a drainage pipe to form a floor drain for easy sewage discharge. Cut holes on the side and bottom of a plastic bucket and install direct connectors. Place the plastic bucket on the roof as a small water storage device. Connect a water pipe to make a bath heater, install a three-way connector to connect a showerhead to meet bathing water needs. Place a toilet and install a water tank, fixing it with glass glue to ensure the toilet is stable. Connect the drainage pipe to the sewage barrel. Connect a water pipe horizontally from the three-way connector of the outlet pipe and extend it to the door as the inlet pipe for the washbasin, completing the entire water and drainage system.

Making a Mobile Toilet Using a Water Storage Tank and a Pallet

1. Mobile Device Installation: Prepare a pallet and use tools to fix a universal wheel at each of the four corners at the bottom of the pallet, enabling the entire toilet structure to be easily moved.
2. Water Storage Tank Utilization: Place the water storage tank on the pallet. You can make appropriate modifications to the water storage tank according to actual needs, such as cutting an opening on the side to install a faucet as a water intake for hand washing or cleaning. If you need to achieve a flushing function, you can install devices such as a water pump inside the water storage tank and connect it to the toilet water tank for flushing operations. At the same time, plan the drainage pipes reasonably to guide the sewage to an appropriate drainage location.
