Home Mobile Assembled Toilet Door Lock
Admin October 02, 2026
The installation of home mobile assembled toilet door locks should follow standardized procedures, and the appropriate type can be selected according to needs. Details are as follows:

Installation Process
- Positioning and Fixing the Frame: Use a spirit level to determine the vertical reference point to ensure the verticality of the door frame installation and avoid issues such as jamming or gaps during later use. After marking the frame position on the wall, apply structural adhesive for initial fixation. The structural adhesive should be applied evenly, with a thickness controlled between 2-3 millimeters, to ensure a tight fit between the frame and the wall. After the structural adhesive has initially cured (approximately 30 minutes), further secure the frame to the wall with screws, with a recommended screw spacing of no more than 30 centimeters to enhance stability.
- Installing the Track System: First, fix the overhead track, ensuring it is level and aligned with the frame, and repeatedly verify with a spirit level. When installing the floor track, pay attention to the flatness of the ground. If there are height differences, use shims to adjust to a level state. After the tracks are fixed, adjust the pulley assembly by rotating the adjustment screws on the pulleys to ensure uniform sliding resistance of the door panel without jamming or abnormal noises.
- Installing the Door Panel and Accessories: After hanging the door panel onto the tracks, install damping devices (such as hydraulic buffers) to reduce the impact force when closing the door and extend the service life of the door lock. Finally, install the door lock and adjust the engagement position of the latch and strike plate according to the lock type (such as bolt locks or recessed locks) to ensure smooth opening and closing. After completing the installation, apply glass adhesive at the gaps between the door frame and the wall, and between the door panel and the tracks to prevent moisture infiltration.
Door Lock Type Selection
- Non-Drilling Bolt Door Latches: Suitable for rental or temporary use scenarios, these latches do not require drilling holes in the door panel or frame and are fixed with strong adhesive or suction cups. They are relatively inexpensive (approximately 1.24-10 yuan), but long-term use may result in loosening due to adhesive aging.
- Thickened Stainless Steel Bolt Locks: These locks have a sturdy structure and strong corrosion resistance, making them suitable for humid toilet environments. They are moderately priced (approximately 20-50 yuan) and require drilling holes in the door panel and frame for installation, offering high stability.
- Recessed Sliding Door Locks: These locks feature an integrated design with the door panel, have a simple appearance, and are suitable for modern minimalist decor. They are relatively expensive (approximately 50-70.2 yuan) and require pre-reserved installation holes during the production stage, making subsequent modifications difficult.
During installation, strictly follow the product instructions. If you are unfamiliar with the curing time of structural adhesive or track adjustment, it is recommended to contact a professional for operation to ensure safety and functionality.
