High-Speed Mobile Toilet Facility Equipment
The equipment of high-speed mobile toilet facilities covers multiple aspects, including core sanitary fixtures, environmental control, water supply and drainage and power systems, structural components, intelligent configurations, auxiliary functional areas, and expandable configurations.

Core Sanitary Fixtures
Core sanitary fixtures are the fundamental functional units of high-speed mobile toilets. Toilets are made of ceramic squat toilets, sit toilets, or high-end stainless steel materials, equipped with foot-operated or sensor-operated flush valves to reduce contact contamination. The hand-washing system includes push-type or sensor-operated faucets, washbasins, and water storage tanks, and is equipped with auxiliary facilities such as mirrors, coat hooks, storage shelves, toilet paper holders, and trash cans to meet basic usage needs.Environmental Control System
The ventilation system achieves 10-15 air changes per hour through powerful exhaust fans to ensure air circulation; lighting uses LED energy-saving lamps, with some equipped with emergency lighting to cope with sudden power outages. In response to climate differences, insulation materials, electric heaters, or warm air blowers are added in cold regions, while ventilation skylights or small air conditioners are installed in hot regions to maintain a comfortable internal environment.Water Supply and Drainage and Power Systems
The water supply system is divided into self-contained water tank types (with a capacity of 100-300 liters) and external water source types to adapt to different scenarios. The traditional sewage discharge system uses a bottom sewage tank (200-500 liters), while modern environmentally friendly types adopt foam sealing or microbial degradation technologies to reduce pollution. The power supply relies on 220V mains power access or achieves off-grid operation through built-in batteries and solar panels to ensure continuous equipment operation.Structural Components and Accessories
Wall panels are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), fiberglass-reinforced plastic, or color-coated steel sheets, balancing lightweight and durability; the floor is laid with anti-slip flooring or fiberglass-reinforced plastic floor grilles to prevent slipping. Safety door locks are installed inside, and “Occupied/Vacant” indicator locks or LED displays are configured outside to enhance usage privacy. For special populations, barrier-free facilities such as handrails, wheelchair turning spaces, and low-position washbasins are added, reflecting humanized design.Intelligent Configurations
Some high-speed mobile toilets introduce intelligent technologies, displaying toilet occupancy status in real-time through sensors, analyzing peak-hour foot traffic with passenger flow statistics devices, and coordinating the dispatch of cleaning staff. The intelligent environmental control system automatically activates fresh air, deodorization, or disinfection equipment when odor sensors exceed standards, optimizing the usage experience.Auxiliary Functional Areas and Expandable Configurations
Management rooms and tool rooms are provided for cleaning staff to store cleaning tools. The third toilet is equipped with barrier-free facilities, adult and children's toilets, urinals, washbasins, and children's safety seats to meet diverse needs. Expandable configurations are equipped with clean water tanks, sewage tanks, or septic tanks according to different sewage treatment methods, or adopt water-free packaging and microbial degradation systems, and integrate liquid level monitoring devices, exhaust and deodorization pipes, and fecal extraction ports for easy maintenance and removal.
