High-End Vehicle-Mounted Mobile Toilet
The HOWO logistical support mobile toilet vehicle can be regarded as a typical example of a high-end vehicle-mounted mobile toilet, featuring comprehensive facilities and functional design. The following provides an introduction from aspects such as structure, functionality, equipment configuration, and auxiliary systems:

I. Structure and Material Design
The vehicle body adopts an integral frame structure with a skeleton filled with polyurethane, ensuring a balance between strength and lightweight design, accommodating the simultaneous use of 8 people. The gender-separated design enhances usage efficiency, with 3 urinals, 6 vacuum-suction squat toilets (made of 316 stainless steel), and 2 sit-down toilets, catering to different usage scenarios. The vehicle roof is covered with non-slip patterned aluminum plates, and the door structure uses anodized aluminum profiles. Reinforcements are pre-embedded at openings and load-bearing parts, with all gaps filled with silicone and polished smooth, ensuring both airtightness and corrosion resistance. The toilet compartments use honeycomb aluminum partitions, balancing sound insulation and lightweight requirements.
II. Environmental Control System
To adapt to the vehicle environment, the vehicle is equipped with a dual-zone independent air conditioning system, with one 1.5P air conditioner installed in each of the male and female zones, ensuring precise temperature regulation. An electric exhaust fan is installed on the roof of the toilet area, with each compartment additionally equipped with an independent exhaust fan, forming a three-dimensional ventilation network that effectively controls odors. The lighting system uses independent fixtures, with each compartment equipped with lighting to ensure convenience during nighttime use.
III. Sanitary Facility Configuration
The combination of vacuum-suction squat toilets and sit-down toilets achieves efficient sewage discharge through a vacuum pump with a power greater than 2KW, reducing the frequency of water tank cleaning. The handwashing area is equipped with two independent sinks, along with half-body mirrors, hand soap dispensers, paper towel boxes, and other auxiliary facilities to enhance the user experience. The water tank system adopts a three-tank design, with a gray water tank capacity of up to 500L, meeting long-term usage needs. The sewage discharge system is equipped with a dedicated sewage pump with a power greater than 1.5KW, enabling automated operation through the main control cabinet.
IV. Electrical and Safety Systems
The main control cabinet integrates monitoring equipment such as voltmeters, ammeters, and temperature sensors, displaying real-time operational status. A silent generator provides stable power for all vehicle equipment, with socket layouts meeting the needs of various electrical appliances. Warning lights are installed on the roof and rear of the vehicle to enhance safety during movement. The design of the roof access ladder facilitates maintenance personnel in inspecting and repairing equipment on the roof, reflecting humanized considerations.
This vehicle model achieves functional completeness and user comfort in vehicle-mounted sanitary facilities through modular design and the application of high-end materials, making it widely applicable in scenarios such as emergency support, high-end events, and special operations.
