Haoshi Container Houses

Admin September 13, 2026

Haoshi container houses are relocatable dwellings remodeled from shipping containers as the base material. They form a new type of residential building system within the prefabricated / temporary housing category. Related enterprises and product applications are outlined below:

Product Features

Container houses use shipping containers as the basic structural unit. After light remodeling and the addition of doors, windows, and other fittings, they become dwellings suitable for living. This design retains the standardized structural advantages of containers while meeting everyday residential needs through interior fit-out. As an upgraded form of temporary prefabricated housing, their core strength is mobility: they can be quickly assembled, disassembled, and transported to different sites as needed, making them suitable for temporary or highly mobile use cases.

Manufacturing Footprint

  • Sichuan Haoshi Modular Housing Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Haoshi Housing, operates a plant in the Daying Economic Development Zone, Suining, Sichuan, covering 6 hectares. The site has two modular housing production lines with an annual capacity of $27,778 square meters of modular buildings. Its products cover not only conventional container houses but also modular construction more broadly, backed by deep technical expertise.
  • Hebei Haoshi Prefabricated Housing Co., Ltd. is wholly owned by Beijing Haoshi Prefabricated Housing Co., Ltd. In 2020–2021, the company supplied modular integrated housing for Wuhan Huoshenshan and Leishenshan hospitals and for the Huangzhuang Apartment centralized isolation facility in Shijiazhuang. That experience highlighted its rapid response capability and large-scale production strength in emergency medical construction.

Typical Application Cases

Haoshi container houses played an important role in public-health emergencies. For example, the Sichuan subsidiary took part in fangcang shelter hospital projects at Huoshenshan, Jiangjunshan, and in Chengdu, Suining, and Neijiang, using modular design to shorten build times and meet urgent demand for isolation wards. The Hebei subsidiary supplied standardized housing units for anti-epidemic facilities in Wuhan, Shijiazhuang, and elsewhere, demonstrating advantages in rapid deployment and functional fit. These cases show the product suits high-time-sensitivity, large-scale deployment scenarios.
