Installation Steps for Mobile Toilets in Hainan
The installation steps for color-steel mobile toilets in Hainan mainly consist of four stages: foundation treatment, container installation, drainage system installation, and ventilation and deodorization device installation. Specific operations need to be adjusted according to the on-site environment and equipment parameters. Here are the detailed instructions:

Foundation treatment is the fundamental step of installation. It requires a combination of a concrete floor and a prefabricated anti-slip steel plate base. The concrete floor should be level and have sufficient load-bearing capacity. Its thickness is usually designed according to the geological conditions to disperse the upper load and prevent settlement. The steel plate base is fixed to the floor with anchor bolts, and the spacing of the anchor bolts should meet the requirements of structural mechanics to ensure stability. The base needs to reserve interfaces for connecting with the container, and the interface positions should be precisely measured to avoid installation deviations later. If the installation area has soft soil foundation, foundation reinforcement treatment should be carried out in advance, such as replacing with crushed stones or driving in pile foundations.
Container installation requires the use of lifting equipment to hoist the entire container above the base and slowly lower it until the reserved interfaces are aligned. It is rigidly fixed with high-strength bolts, which should be tightened step by step in a diagonal sequence to ensure even force distribution. The joints should be coated with construction sealant to form a waterproof barrier and prevent rainwater from seeping into the interior of the container through the gaps. After container installation, its levelness should be checked, and the deviation should be controlled within ±2mm to avoid drainage problems or structural stress concentration caused by tilting.
Drainage system installation requires the selection of equipment according to the treatment method: for a sunken fiberglass septic tank, a pit of the appropriate size needs to be excavated, and an anti-seepage membrane should be laid on the pit wall to prevent sewage leakage and soil pollution; for a biodegradation treatment device, it needs to be connected to the power supply and ventilation pipes. The drainage pipes should maintain a slope of 1%-2% to ensure that sewage flows naturally into the treatment equipment by gravity. If a rainwater collection or reclaimed water circulation system is integrated, filters and water pumps should be installed in the pipes. The filters need to be cleaned regularly, and the water pumps should be equipped with backup power supplies. All pipe joints should use rubber gaskets or hot-melt connections to prevent leakage.
Ventilation and deodorization device installation requires preset openings at the top of the container to install forced exhaust fans. The air ducts should extend to a high place outdoors to prevent odor from flowing back. The fan power should be calculated according to the toilet volume to ensure that the air exchange rate is not less than 6 times per hour. If the deodorization device uses microorganisms or plant extracts, the positions of the storage tank and the spray pipes should be planned in advance to avoid crossing with the water supply and drainage or electrical circuits. The storage tank should be equipped with a liquid level alarm device, and the spray pipes should be cleaned regularly to prevent blockage. After installation, a ventilation test should be carried out to ensure that the odor concentration meets environmental protection standards.
